My favorite Waukesha State Bank branch located on West Sunset Drive is the best! I have received such AMAZING customer service from Johanne Catlin, she is the Teller Supervisor. She is also known to her co-workers as "Jojo"! I would like EVERYONE to know that she is ALWAYS VERY attentive to my questions and needs. When I visit inside the bank to complete my banking needs, she ALWAYS has a beautiful smile for ALL who enter. I REALLY APPRECIATE her exceptional support and ALWAYS being SO KIND and patient! Thank you, again, Johanne! You REALLY are the Bank of Friendly Service! Keep smiling!

This brach of WSB is outstanding. From the time one walks in the door or drives up through the drive through you are welcomed by name and with a sincere smile. The service is prompt and there has never been a question I've had that hasn't been answered. I've received advice that has always been beneficial. This branch not only has the logistics of banking down but has outstanding customer service!

My parents banked at Waukesha State since I was a child. My husband and I have continued their choice for almost 4 decades and we have no plans to change. I have always been impressed with Waukesha State Bank's family friendliness, but I was overwhelmed with it this past week. Several times, I have sold something through Facebook Marketplace, but up till this past week, had never sold anything substantial. I chose to meet the buyer inside the bank, so I could deposit the money before handing him the purchase. Never before had I been nervous about selling...until this potential sale. I entered the Fox River branch and told a teller the situation. She was happy to help when the buyer entered. I stood off to the side. The wait was longer than expected, but the time went quickly once JOSHUA ZABLER came over to ask if he could help with anything. I explained the situation, and without even asking, he said he would stay with me to help with the transaction. I was ELATED! The buyer was late and it was somewhat a different sale than I had ever experienced, even taking Joshua and me out to his vehicle so he could "test" the purchase. I told Joshua I did not want to take up any more of his work time, but he insisted on walking out with the buyer and stayed until the buyer handed the cash needed. Joshua took it and deposited it for me, while the buyer remained for the $5 in change. Once the buyer left, I asked Joshua if I could give him a hug. He was an answer to prayer. Sure appreciate how I can always "bank" on the employees here. Banking with them sure makes "sense and cents!" EXTRA THANK$, JO$HUA!

My father and I have been banking at the Waukesha State Bank Sunset Drive location for years. My 92 years young Dad likes to go into the lobby vs. drive-thru and we have gotten to know the Branch Manager, Josh Zabler very well along with his staff including tellers. Josh and his staff go out-of-their-way to welcome us and help us with all of our needs. My Dad enjoys the fun talk and joking with Josh and the tellers. Josh personally handled the banking needs with us when my mother passed away and made good suggestions for my father's money at that time. We have our trust in Josh and feel like this is the "personal" side of banking that is seldom seen these days.

I would like to mention what excellent service I have recd from this bank for over 50 years! My last 20 yrs at the Fox Run office has been respectful, courteous and wonderful. They all have been so helpful in my last few difficult yrs. A very special thank you to Shaz for her happy greetings, willingness to go above and beyond and just for being a great employee that represents a great Bank!!!! How lucky this Bank is!!

I love banking at the West Sunset branch of Waukesha State Bank. The people are kind, the service is great, and I always know they can handle any situation I bring them, calmly, quickly and professionally!

This bank is terrible. They are so rude and lazy. They refuse to put singles in packs of 50 instead of 100 and just said “you can do it yourself”. Even though I was getting $150 in singles... so I got one pack of $50 singles and the other hundred they refuse to put in 2 packs of 50. That’s just ridiculous and terrible customer service. I highly suggest you bank somewhere that you’ll be treated with respect instead of this place.

Terrible customer service. The employees at this branch are completely rude and unhelpful. I have had the worst experiences with my business banking at this branch. If you are looking for a bank, look somewhere else!
