My wife and I met Paula Waterman at an open house, and let me tell you, it was the most fortunate meeting we had in our home buying experience. Paula was very professional and explained every step of the process up front. We were first time home buyers, so this was much appreciated. Paula was informative, professional, and fun. She also handled our children very well. The greatest thing about Paula was her working behind the scenes and after the fact explaining everything that happened. In our specific situation Paula worked with the sellers realtor to replace the roof using the sellers insurance. I am not saying that she will make sure you get a new roof but, I know from our experience with Paula that she will do anything for her clients and go the extra mile. Thank you so much Paula for everything that you have done for our family.
