The communication live, via text and loan application progression emails were key, we were kept in the loop with every step. David, Alex and the team were straightforward, encouraging and supportive. If we hit roadblocks, David would find other routes and not only that, genuinely tried to help us find a way to make our financial situation better. In addition, David addressed future follow-up for opportunities to continue improvement of our financial situation. We are grateful and relieved to have found Guardian and David.

My experience with Guardian Mortgage was exceptional because of Neill Perkins, the Loan Originator. He is a great person to work with. He's attentive to his clients concerns and honest. Although, my circumstances weren't ideal he didn't give up. And we made it the finish line. He's the best!

If you are considering a refinance, this is the place to stop shopping. I didn't think it was possible as my situation was very complicated. Guardian Mortgage could have dropped me but they stayed with me and the level of knowledge is over the top. Plus ,,yes the communication is over the top also.
