Midtown Motors is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. From the start, I was working with Jenny who was very kind, responsive and in tune with our needs. She set us up with Tyler who helped us when we got to the dealership, all the way through the final buying process. He was very kind, knowledgeable and truly cared about our wants and needs. As we are from NY, he made sure we were connected with a shop by us in Jamestown to get the final touches and items done on the truck. They made sure that everything was covered and taken care of on the vehicle and also made sure that we had a reliable loaner vehicle while everything was completed. Tyler has been amazing all the way through this process. A gigantic thank you to Kevin and all of the wonderful people there! You have customers for life!

When I think of Midtown Motors, I think of Kurtis. Last night as busy as he was, Kurtis took time out of his own schedule to give me a ride home after hours, while my oil was changed. Awesome and friendly service from the time I got there to the time I left. Maybe you've never been to Midtown Motors or maybe you have but regardless, make sure you ask for Kurtis. You can't go wrong!

Entire sales team, Bill, Dave and Kurtis were great. Kurtis took the time to give me a tutorial on my new vehicle, patiently answering ALL of my questions. I truly appreciate the sincere, helpful and partnership spirit of the entire process.

They did do a very good job!! It was my error!! I'm truly sorry for the bad post for them. The money next to my loan amount out of my cash was for an extended warranty plan. I did tell them I wanted it but I did not hear that price when they told me about it. So it is truly my fault for signing it. Thank you for your time and service. Everyone pay attention to what they are selling and everywhere else. Once again TRULY SORRY!!

This place is garbage. Avoid them at all costs. Full of sharks and scam artists. They ran my friends credit nonstop (10+ times unannounced) even if you dont have any until your score is unsalvagable. I sadly bought my first car here and it was the biggest mistake of my life (they didnt even put fresh tires on it). Theyd pretend to fix my vehicles issues under a paid warranty for me to have the same issues return a month or so later with the same issues until my warranty ran out. P.S. Copy and paste replies just shows the lack of true customer service within.

The absolute BEST dealership I have ever dealt with! Jake made the entire transition absolutely enjoyable and stress free!!!! He answered all of my questions and also gave me TONS of information about the vehicle that I didn’t even know! Kurtis made the financial aspect of the process a breeze. He answered all of my questions without making me feel ridiculous! He is extremely knowledgeable and every thing we went over was explained in great detail before I signed a single paper! Everything from starting with Jenny getting me the appointment to meet with Jake, right down to talking financials with Kurtis!!!! They all helped make the choice pretty simple! Deal with them and you will NOT be disappointed!!!! They all made you feel like one of their own and there was no mistaking that I had made the right choice to go with Midtown Motors! I will definitely be back to visit and will choose their dealership for my next purchase!

Trevor went above and beyond to find me the right car to suits my needs. From the first time I met with him he made me feel very comfortable and I felt like he truely had my best interest at heart. Have had only 1 real issue, but was made right, currently looking there for something, got my 2018 T-boned and not sure what I am getting from their selection maybe a new suv Edit: found what I needed there, got a f150 2019 3.4tt, supercrew

Scott and the team made my getting a new car a very enjoyable experience. Everything was handled very professionally but still giving the feeling that you belong there, not just another sale. They take time to touch on things that are usually considered normal daily events with a vehicle, to be sure that everything is covered and they know when you leave, your familiar with the vehicle and its operation. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the crew!!

If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would! The people at Warren Midtown Motors, specifically the very nice and helpful lady named Jenny and the amazing man names Tyler, they were all so wonderful and helpful! I was having a hard time getting approved for a car and they went out of there way to help me get it worked to get me into a beautiful new car. They went above and beyond and really made me feel like they actually cared about me and getting me into a nice vehicle. If not for them I wouldn't have been able to get myself a car and I am so so thankful to them for being so kind and helping me as much as they did! Kevin and Scott are by far the nicest down to earth guys! They treated me like family and made sure I was 150% satisfied with everything from the make/model, color, specs, they made sure I had my phone linked to my new ride and that I understood all the features of my Ford. Amazing service. It truly was an absolute pleasure to work with these guys!!!

They could not pick my vehicle up at my work place even though I explained it twice to them that I started work at 7.they said that they would make arrangements to do so.when it was time for my lunch they still hadn't picked it up yet. I called them to see why they said they didn't have anyone to do so.i ran it down to them and they ran me back to work. Wouldn't you think they would have called me to explain why my vehicle wasn't there for the recall. Not... i will never do business there again.

I had recall work performed on my car. It took a little longer than expected but, I was dropped off and picked up when the work was complete. To my surprise, my interior was wiped clean and they provided a car wash. On top of that, a complimentary inspection and alignment check. Very nice people and excellent customer service.

We have purchased vehicles from Midtown in the past and wanted to give them a chance this time again. The sales person was very helpful and found us something we liked, answered our questions. No pressure. Because there's a shortage of vehicles right now it makes it hard finding exactly what we want and especially in our price range. There are not many factory incentives currently, but that's not the dealer's fault.

In 2015 I purchased a Titanium from Midtown with the help of Kurtis Walter. He was great to work with. He was as patient as he was knowledgeable. My car currently has 42 thousand miles on it. It’s a fantastic car that by all rights I could get along with just fine for several years. But! My grandson is graduating from college this year and going on to law school. I decided I would have great comfort in knowing that he had a reliable vehicle. Consequently, I am gifting my treasured Titanium to him. Kevin Cobb is my neighbor. I told him about my situation a few months ago. I knew that without a trade in I probably wouldn’t be able to buy a new car. He told me he would keep his eyes and ears open and let me know if something crossed his path. Boy did he pull through. He found a 2020 SEL with 670 miles on it plus the full 3/36 Warrenty. He brought it to me to use over the weekend. It’s perfect. We are in the process of working out the kinks but barring anything unforeseen, this is the one.
