The people I've interacted with here are normally very nice, but the credit union itself leaves a lot to desire. Only seems to be interested in getting you loans, not savings.

Mortgage department could never return calls in a timely manner, and would never tell us how much money we needed over all. Always adding on fees and time before closing.
