Trevor is an excellent communicator. He works quickly and efficiently to help you. His communication with you along the entire process is fantastic. This is the 5th time I have dealt with and I will continue to do so! We have referred several friends and family to him as well.

Trevor is amazing to work with. This is the fourth time I have worked with him and he has always been a joy! He pulled off something close to a miracle this time! He moved at the speed of light to get this done for us. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step to you, making you feel very at ease with the process. He is excellent at keeping you informed and stays in constant contact with you throughout the entire process. I recommend him to everyone that I can! He joined Fairway halfway through my third transaction with him and I could absolutely tell the difference in companies. Fairway is an excellent company to work with. Communication is top notch, which makes you feel so comfortable throughout the course of your experience!

Coming from having knowledge on the mortgage industry, both as a loan officer and an underwriter, I can tell you Fairway does not operate with the client’s best interest in mind. They were not consistent throughout, costs continually increased and fees popped up out of nowhere. Lender credits are on nearly every loan I see and there were zero credits on this transaction, the overall cost of the loan was far higher than what was discussed along the way. once you are far into the transaction, they know you won’t back out because of what you have invested. I was charged two lock extensions when the purchase agreement stated we would not close until the date we ended up closing. When I questioned this I was told it was because I held the process up, yet I gave docs as they were asked for and there was never a situation where the LO had to chase me down for anything. I have several people looking to buy currently and I would never send anyone to Fairway, nor would I suggest anyone choose them.

GHOSTED ME! seemed like a very nice guy I've been having problems left and right getting a mortgage for my house this guy said that he had it and I was good we were in the middle of paperwork back and forth and haven't heard from him in over 3 weeks. I sent him copies of checks that he required he never told me he got them he never answered my phone calls and never answered my emails after that just left me high and dry now I'm having issues with the owners of the house that I have rented for almost 5 years trying to buy and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my home over wasted time. you should have got back with me Trevor even if it's just to tell me that you were working on it or that you're dropping me I'm astonished that you just ghosted me and quit talking to me

Trevor got my refinance done when 12 others said it couldnt be done I cant thank him enough!! So very grateful!!

Fairway and my agent Trevor did a great job and made my home buying process so smooth. They gave me the best interest rate out of anyone else I talked to (my closing agent's jaw dropped when she saw my rate lol). Also they were able to close so quickly, less than 3 weeks from the time my offer was accepted. That meant the world to me because I wanted to get into a house ASAP.
