WaFd Bank 11th Ave S, Nampa

Such a great experience!!! I was nerve starting a loan process during these times. I didn’t know if the process would take longer or if someone would be helping me every step up of the way. But Angie made this whole experience smooth and easy. She was available and answered all my questions. I have and will recommend her to anyone that asks. Thanks to Angie and all the Washington Fed ladies for always being so cheerful and helpful.

As a small business owner here in the Treasure Valley, there is truly no comparable banking experience like there is here at WaFd. Their amazing staff is so welcoming and do a great job managing small business accounts. They are always supporting small business around the area and ensuring we are all well taken care of. The girls at WaFd are the best.

You should consider opening an account with Washington Federal Bank. Customer service is a 5 star all the staff is very friendly and helpful they really go out of the box to make very understanding and smooth transactions. I can only say that I've had positive experiences.

Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help with any issues I may have. Their Green checking account has great perks! I just used their discount on theme parks at my recent visit to Universal Studios!

The application and Loan process was very easy. Estrella was very helpful, and with all that was going on in the world it was great do see someone reaching out to our business and trying to be helpful with what they could. Thank you again!

I called in today and spoke first with Estrella which I found to be very unprofessional for being an assistant manager when I was speaking to her in regards to a fee she found it funny which I found very unprofessional. I then ended up speaking to Angie and told her how unprofessional her assistant manager was and I’m sure she just disregarded it, however I’m sure they’ll both have something to say about this review which my be the only time they “care” to make sure no one sees them as unprofessional. I like every other staff member in the other banks these ones are just the worst. I understand why I got the fee, but definitely would give this bank negative stars because of those 2 woman.

The downtown Nampa branch always goes above and beyond to help with all my financial needs. Their loan officers are also very knowledgeable specifically with construction and lot loans. I highly recommend WAFD Bank!!
