We first switched to Washington Federal out of convenience but are so glad we did. Ann, in particular, has always provided customer assistance with a smile, genuine desire to help the customer, and conscientiousness in seeing things through and that they are seen through correctly. While always professional, she provides the type of service that makes you feel you're dealing with a trusted friend who cares and not some faceless banker or a conglomerate.
