Talk about crooks Go in the lobby to pay off my vehicle At 1st was told to make the final 250 payment Was gonna cost an extra 30.00 cause i was using my debit card So went out to the ATM pulled 260 out with a 3.00 atm Went back in Made final payment So i thought And was then hit with a 650.00 charge That zero bank statements ever reflected even existing And when i made my payment last month said amount due was 245.78 Not 245.78 plus 650.00 And credit report shows imbehind 8 payments yet im paid off 8 payments early will never deal with these crooks and hidden fees again

If you are trying to get a VA loan go somewhere else! They take your business knowing that they have no intention of keeping your loan. There software is unable to service government loans. We are good enough to make a quick buck from, but not to provide actual service to.

Don't go through any ICCU branch. I used 28% of my credit card (small $250 card) and lost 92 points on my credit score over $42. This company is hot trash. Please go to Mountain America Credit Union.

I don't feel comfortable around a majority of the workers at this branch 😕, I don't get greated in a manner like the other customers, I'd rather go to twin branch even though I reside in Jerome , they are 😊 happy to see me,but I got to say there are two people that are all right at the Jerome branch the guy manager and one girl that sits at the first desk, the one at the middle desk looks at me like she hates her job she needs to go very rude doesn't even say a word when I'm in waiting are by her desk she passes by me, not a hello, how are you, nothing,I haven't been in there for quite a while, very uncomfortable

The promotional team saw a post on facebook I had made asking people to come to my son's birthday that none had showed up for. So they came to the iccu park in jerome where it was being held brought him a very nice gift and took the time to play with the kids.

Awesome people and staff but the Company itself is greedy and messes up a lot of peoples finances by their overdraft fees they don’t even give you a 24 hour time period to deposit your check or anything before you get multiple overdraft fees.

Been a customer with them for a few years now. They have been helpful and courteous.
