Drive through take forever there were 2 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes for me to get to the window. If you need to talk to someone about overdraft charges it needs to be directly to bank you opened account with. Customer service can’t help. My online account locks me out all the time and I write my passwords down so it’s not that. When I zelle people money it takes forever for the transfer 3 days to be exact. My zelle has to be approved by customer service all the time again and again cuz of their security. What else? I’m closing my account ASAP.

DO NOT BANK HERE! They always tell you how they can't help and you have to make an appointment with a manager during their limited hours to resolve anything even as simple as changing the auto payment account from which your mortgage is drawn. phone line worthless, website just a worthless, mobile app totally horrible and teller service unhelpful but they charge service fees for everything

This bank is awful. The manager deanna cancelled my debit card because I was spending my unemployment. Horrible place! Dont bank here! 😉

Do yourself a favor and go across the street to chase or wells fargo this bank is atrocious. Chase charges you about 5 bucks a month and wells fargo as long as you have some sort of direct deposit will waive fees, they really are not worth the hassle

Horrible place.. I dont even have a bank account with this bank , I came in to remove some money from a debit card I had on file.. and the lady at the counter asked me so manny quiestions... made it very uncomfortable period. Daid that it is a requirement oer their regulations. Mind you the debit card I have, was a temp card with no name.. asked me for my I'd, social security card, employer name and occuparion... with was irrelevant to the reason i was there... I dont have an acct nore plan on opening one... horrible place
