Even though I've lived within 1 mile of this place I've never visited. Well the day came when I needed a loan to get my car fixed. After going to a few other pawns around. I decided to try them. How amazing. I wish I got their names, incredible friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The item I had was a very high bicycle. The other shops really went lowball like crazy. The young lady made a quick phone call, and came back with an honest quote. What a relief. Totally smooth from start to finish. If you ever need a loan, definitely make them your first choice.

I don’t normally write reviews however my experience at USA Pawn was amazing! Every single person there was very polite. With everything going on in the world, it’s really nice to know there’s still good people out there. I’d like to say thank you to Jasmine for showing me those beautiful rings. Me and my family will never ever go back here again! Jasmine has a bad attitude and lacks professional customer service more than anyone I’ve ever met at this store. What shocked us most was how she was behaving with us until she got a manager involved and transformed into this well mannered innocent girl. Trying to make us look like bad guys. Eight years of giving this store money and our customer loyalty. Gone. It took me a week to cool down enough to write this as politely as I can. Sorry not sorry.

They make it impossible to try and sell or pawn items. I've been rejected at this store for guitars, laptops, portable a/c machines, you name it. Go to the one down the street by the freeway, they've bought/pawned everything these asshats reject

Ive been going to this location for a couple years now and they've always been great. Jasmine & Raul always make the process of getting loans very easy and their customer service in general is solid. Tbh i recommend this location over any others to anybody that wants a quick and simple transaction.
