I recently just closed on a refinance and the experience was top notch. My family was greeted at the door by a very courteous and kind receptionist who offered fresh coffee and even snacks for our children. Morgan Stotts, our closing agent, who was very prompt, professional, and friendly, made the process simple and easy to understand. Morgan also has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth, the experience was perfect, Will use WACO for all my future deals.

Leading up to our closing, electronic documents would be emailed to me that said “please see attached.” Knowing we were doing a curbside closing due to Covid, it was unclear if I was to bring these in person or needed to email them back. On the day of closing, we arrived ten minutes early and called to let the closing agents know we’d arrived. We ended up waiting for over twenty minutes in the car for our documents to be brought out to us.

Horrible company. Sellers chose this company. Closed on 12/31/20. Was not told I would have to pay property taxes for 2020 as they gave me a credit for them which does show on the closing statement so I do owe them. But what I should not have to pay is the interest and penalties for not paying the taxes that I did not know that I owed. Neither WACO or Benton County informed that I owed taxes, other than the credit showing on the closing statement with no further directions on paying. If you are forced to use them, make certain to ask for clear guidance on any property taxes that may be owed or you may be in for a surprise.

Justin handled the title work for us on a pretty complicated closing and did an outstanding job! We sold a home which was co-owned by our mom’s estate and one sibling. Justin navigated this situation very professionally and was consistently proactive and responsive. The closing went extremely smoothly due to his exceptional preparedness!! Thank you to WACO for a job very well done!!

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently despite the current "virus situation" which dictated that we needed to do it via either ZOOM or by curb side - which we did. There was a long wait while the loan company got their processing done, and Waco kept us informed of what they knew from the loan company during this wait time.
