Great staff, some of the prices seem snakey, but the overly amazing staff makes every visit pleasant, and a good pawn shop experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place doesn’t deserve any business from anyone. Anything and everything you bring in there to them, they will try to lowball you. Not to mention the very “friendly” staff that I walked into. The little 4ft tall dude with 4-5 earrings in each ear acted like I didn’t belong there and would hardly give me the time of day.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never met people so rude to their customers. Buying and selling from these people was awful. They are extremely rude and do not care what they say to people. Not a great attitude to keep a business going. Hope you don’t have the same experience but go in expecting it. I’ve been to this place several times and every time I ask myself why the hell did I go there.

I have been in alot of Pawn Shops all over the Country and Big brothers Pawn is by far one of my favorite. They have a ton of great stuff in the store at amazing prices but fantastic employees like Austin that are so nice.. it feels like family! Don't Miss this shop!

They are very friendly, acknowledge you when you walk in, and help you look for what you want. If you want it now but just can't get it at the time, they will help you by letting you put on layaway. They have a great selection of jewelry and guns. Best in NORTHWEST Arkansas! GREAT people

I recently visited Big Brother's Pawn and have been back four times since. I purchased neon signs, a drill, ladder and a hitch luggage rack. I do my research and all items were very well priced and in good working order. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be returning! Only thing I would change is that I would have found the place sooner than 4 years after I moved here. Thank you Big Brother's Pawn!

Great place to buy, sell, & pawn! I always enjoy coming to this store. The staff is great & their customer service has always helped me find what I need. I bought a laptop, cheap from these guys.. Got home to find it was touch screen to boot!! :)) Extremely Happy. They even bought my old fense posts that I had from me for 1.50 per post. Great Shop!

Always great customer service. I enjoy seeing the same faces when I go in to the shop and that tells me this has to be a good place to work. I've pawned here, placed items on lay a way and I've never had any issues at all. VERY HELPFUL!!

Friendly staff. Pawned an item for $45 and paid $58.50 to pick up after two weeks. They have guns, knives, jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, yard care equipment. Clean store.

They stood right in front of us and ‘whispered’ “this saddle could bring $375” and then turned to us and said “we’ll give you $75” 🤣what a joke

I have always had a great experience with them. Able to find what I'm seeking and the customer service good Vivian always very attentive.

Monica was awesome and very knowledgeable in her jewelry!!!! Very friendly courteous and helpful!!!....well that changed when the ring came back from the guy that sizes their rings she didnt write down rhe directions right and it came back way too small so the manager said he would drop the price on the sizing and would send it off to get fixed that it would be back by friday of that week(this was a Wednesday) or tuesday of the next...Friday came and went....tuesday came and went...Wednesday we called and they said it hadnt even been sent to the guy to be fixed yet...friday rolls back again and they werent as nice and helpful they waited till 430 to call me back and let me know it was in...when we came up there monica had attitude with us and her whole deemer was unprofessional for someone that was to be handling her mess up...We will not be buying any more jewelry from there doubt we buy anything else ...they just handled it all unprofessional

I was on the hunt for a good quality compound bow. I have went to 5 pawn shops that day and each one either had someone who was not very knowledgeable or they didn't have a good selection. I walked into my 6th pawn shop which was this one and spoke to Austin about what I was looking for. I received great advice and tips about different bows and they had a great selection that made it difficult for me to choose which one wanted more. After talking with Austin and making good casual conversation with the crew I felt comfortable enough with them and their information. Nonetheless I purchased both compound bows And extra equipment. Keep up the good work!

Every time I go into this store the employees act bothered if you want to get a closer look at something in the cases. I was going to buy a pair of silver earrings but the red headed employee had such a bad attitude about having to help I change my mind about buying them and walked out!

First time gun owner bought an AR online had it delivered took about 30 minutes but really great and friendly staff even gave me a free case. Only good things to say here.
