We just moved into our new WB Home two weeks ago and are very happy so far. The home is beautiful and well done. The staff has all been helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with during the process. Starting with Kelly in Sales, who went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us, we have had nothing but responsive and professional service from all.

First time home buyers love W.B. Homes! The entire process, from the model home tours to Closing, was top notch. Our Sales Manager, Ellen Patella, was informative, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We couldn’t have gone through this without her. On site, Lance, Cody, Matt and the team worked diligently and with great care in building our new home. The features, the upgrades, the quality of everything is amazing. Our home buying experience with W.B. Homes was fantastic and it wouldn't have been the same without their Community Sales Manager - Kelly! Being the one person with whom my wife and I interacted with the most throughout the process, we can say with certainty she was an absolute delight to work with. She's personable, knowledgeable and more importantly someone whom you can trust to guide you in the right direction always. You can tell she genuinely loves what she's doing if you have met her. Working with this team was great, and the home is beautiful. They even shared willingness to do touch-ups to items I caught after my settlement and move-in date. First time purchasing a new construction and we were a bit nervous about the whole process. Robin, from W.B. Homes, was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and helped us through each phase of the building process. The price for the home is a bit high for the quality. Lastly, we are a bit disappointed that every owner is responsible for watering the grass, when the HOA is supposed to take care of the landscaping.

Amy, Donna and Kelly. I worked with them in 2019. They were always responsive and I always felt that they took myself and my family seriously. This is the best experience I have ever had with customer service and sales. They were not pushy, they were attentive and I don't feel like these 3 are an exception. It feels as if this level of professionalism is standard at WB. With staff like this it isn't a shock that WB is leading its peers by at least a few furlongs.

We got our first home with W.B.Homes and it has been a very happy experience right from day 1. The home quality and overall process of getting to the final day has been fulfilling. I remember taking a tour of the model home with Kelly Halliwell and she being very honest about the process and selections we need to make for interiors and structure of the home. Kelly has been my key contact through the contract signing, selection of options and ad hoc help and support I needed. Her timely and honest responses instilled a good level of assurance in me throughout. My husband and I recently moved into the Courts at Brynwood. Kelly was so helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Additionally, she is so personable and is just an absolute pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the WB experience. Our process of home building started almost 2 years ago! Everyone was always available and extremely helpful! Robin Tobisch, our sales manager, is a gem and a wonderful person. She guided us and offered excellent recommendations. She explained everything and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The process from the beginning to our closing was very smooth. We are, so far, very happy with our house. It is beautiful and what we always envisioned. It is soo nice to finally be in a large home we can call our own. Would absolutely recommend WB homes to anyone looking to build a new house.

Kelly has been nothing short of exceptional throughout our entire home buying experience. In 2021, my husband and I began our search for a new home. We quickly realized how rough the market was and began exploring new build options. We visited several competitor builders in the area and not one of those builders gave us the time of day. Kelly was different. We drove by the Everleigh property on a complete whim one day. The land was desolate (obvious construction beginning) and there was only a trailer on the land advertising WB Homes. There wasn’t even a model home to walk at that point. We walked in and when I say, Kelly’s energy alone, made me confident that this was our families next move (again not even a model home to walk through). Some of these competing builders could learn a thing or two from her. Our home is everything we dreamed of. I later found out how reputable WB Homes is and the quality in their constructions. We couldn’t have picked a better builder and a better sales manager to work with. To say this was the best experience in home buying, is an understatement. 10/10 recommend!
