I was told to come to this branch by my old boss to set up an account. Every time I come in here I feel welcomed, the customer service here is amazingly impressive. Everyone here is so nice I would definitely recommend coming to set up an account and making the Flagler Beach branch your home branch.

Worst bank ever constantly removes money from my account without explanation or notice and no one can fix the situations or explain why it happend or fix it, dont waste your time or money with vystar folks go to another establishment even bank of america isnt this bad

Was happy when VyStar came to Flagler Beach. It was time to change banks so I stopped in. The staff at this Credit Union are really friendly including Charles who helped me set up my new account. If you are thinking of switching banks I highly recommend Vystar.

Great staff at the Flagler Beach location, just don’t expect anyone to ever answer if you call, I had to use an alternative finance for my latest auto purchase as I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone after trying for over 30 minutes around 2PM yesterday.

On 4/16/21 the manager "Charles Roman" at the Flager Branch was very rude to me. I opened my account a few weeks ago and they made a mistake (entered wrong SS) so I was not able to create an online account. After calling customer service I was told that I need to go to my local branch to fix it. When I got there, Charles told me that they need my social security card to fix it. I asked him if it's possible to use my driver's license so I can avoid having to drive home. In a rude and condescending tone he asked: "Does my driver license have a social security number on it?" Really? All of my experiences with VyStar has been very poor. They treated me like a file number and they did not value my business. I closed my account and went where they want my business. VyStar lost out on my funds and a car loan .If you value good manners and customer service, I would not bank here.

Three months without a working system and still no mobile app. Changing banks.

However, with certain exceptions (e.g., mobile deposits) you can complete the same transactions you would in our mobile app by logging into online.vystarcu.org via your computer, tablet or mobile browser.
