VyStar Credit Union Nw 8th Ave, Gainesville

By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting set up with a credit union! Katy Gray was such an amazing, and charismatic individual. She was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had. She set me up in more ways than one!!! I felt so important, and was offered every perk the credit union offered. I actually feel like I’m off to a wonderful start with Vystar!

I have dealt with Vystar Credit Union for years. I lived in Jacksonville when I opened the account. I then moved to NYC and then South Florida and I have remained with Vystar because of the incredible customer service Alyssa Harris provides. She calls or emails me occasionally just to see how I am and if I need anything. She helped me get my car refinanced, get a new credit account and a personal loan. When my son turned 16 and started working she helped him get his direct deposit set up. She truly cares about me and my family and remembers the little details. I am so grateful for Alyssa helping me manage my financial needs.

I have several accounts here and always always get the best service. Alyssa Harris is my number one go to person and I can't praise her enough, kind, responsive and always seems to get me what I need. She's the Best!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Vystar! The Assistant Branch Manager, Shaleah Lookadoo was very knowledgeable of all Vystar's services and member benefits. She patiently walked me through every step of the process. Alyssa Harris was also very helpful. She provided excellent customer service and stayed after-hours just to answer all of my questions. It is hard to describe the level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by everyone at Vystar. They provide very good customer service at this location every time I have been there.

I was very upset after seeing an unauthorized charge on my Vystar account. Julian answered the call & did not hesitate to record & remove that charge. It was extremely reassuring to have his complete attention & excellent customer service in resolving this issue

This is my favorite branch of my favorite bank. They make my personal and business transactions quick and easy. I normally hate going to the bank, but thanks to the personable crew at the Oaks Branch, I love going to my credit union.
