I just want to say THANK YOU to Bonnie, Holly and Noah at the Brannonfield Branch. They have been great during the transition to the new website. They have been informative all the time. Going to that branch reminds me of my home town bank, when I was a kid and everyone there knew who you were and welcomed you. It's nice to see a business keeping the small town feeling for their customers. Keep up the great work.

I can't say enough good things about the service at this branch. More specifically, about Katie E. I was not a Vystar customer but came in with my mother to assist her with dealing with the passing of my father. Katie is compassionate, engaging, and an absolute sweetheart. She helped us through everything and was so patient and positive. Considering the stress I know she and her coworkers have probably been suffering due to the recent technology issues, her bubbly and supportive personality was especially impressive. I am going to be moving my accounts from the big national bank I am with now to Vystar based on the incredible level of service I witnessed.

I went in to use VyStar’s coin machine to cash in my coin collection. Upon approaching the teller window, I was greeted by Brittany Jarrell. She was kind, warm, and professional. Brittany not only helped me deposit my funds into my account, but she went above and beyond to notice I had a low balance credit card (my first real credit card ever, as I am only 22). Brittany took the initiative to help me apply for a new one, and made the process quick, easy, and seamless! She got me approved for an amazing limit and made it so convenient as she texted me via their messaging system when I was approved and when it was ready for pickup. When I arrived later in the afternoon to get my new card, she had not only my card but all of paperwork all nice and neat in an envelope ready for me! VyStar has been experiencing some frustrating issues lately with their mobile app, but I’ve been a loyal member for years now. After my experience with Brittany yesterday, I’m happy to say I will not be leaving anytime soon! Shout out to you Brittany, VyStar is so lucky to have an awesome representative like you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Holly, Relationship Specialist at VyStar, Brannenfiled branch. Her kindness, professionalism and knowledge resulted in a very positive banking experience today. I came in for a new debit card. And while I waited for it to print, I observed the interactions between members and staff. Many of the customers were older individuals. Most of which had understandable frustrations about figuring out the status of deposits, savings, and CDs. I saw how patient the staff was as they answered questions and explained information until the customers felt satisfied. Customer service can sometimes be a lost art. And as a customer is always nice to feel appreciated. Perhaps what is most telling is how customers are treated when frustrated. And I can honestly say the staff here makes sure customers feel heard and valued.

So I’ve been a member of Vystar for over 20 years now. And never felt the way I felt yesterday. I walked into the Middleburg branch for a simple inquiry. Two female associates at the front desk, continued and finish their conversation before even looking up and acknowledge me while I’m standing a few feet from them directly in front of them. Then they don’t seem very genuine and shrug like it’s a hard request… It is a very common request. One looked at the other and replied I don’t do that, you have to go to the service line. So as I walk over to the service line 3 tellers are cracking up laughing. No big deal have fun at work. But as soon as I get there street faces. I expressed my concern. The teller helped me but did not speak a word or crack a smile during our entire interaction I smiled and thanked her for her help and never got a smile or a have a good day. Never have I felt so unwelcome in my home bank.

Went in to get a new debit card. Waited in teller line for 10 minutes. Once I was helped I waited 40 more minutes for the card. Would be nice if maybe you had a front desk that could just print it out instead of waiting around in the teller line. Y’all are starting to become a joke and act more and more like a bank these days. Oh also to mention the debt card looks like it was dragged on cement and then given to me. I have been a customer for over 8 years ive had multiple accounts including a bussiness account that has had hundreds of thousands of dollars deposited into them and the teller, was unwilling to assist with a funds verification so that a check would clear same day into a account that has more then checks value in direct deposits because i dont deposit checks of that value into thst specific account often , the founds are coming from another account that 100 percent has funds in it. I stayed for the online banking nightmare they had and the lazy teller brittany would not have a supervisor override this which has been done before, i have not once had a check bounce on my account . I will now be removing all my money from vystar , they say its your money but only when its convienient for them i will be telling everyone i know about how vystar treats their customers never will I use this branch . My entire family is going to be going else where since they do not seem to care about there customers of nearly a decade.
