    I stopped in today at vystar to refinance for a personal loan and Mark O. Was Outstanding and amazing. He showed and told me stuff I never even knew and explained principle payments and everything. He went over and beyond. He is such a great employee and I just wanted to take the time like he did to help me and make me a happy customer. Thanks again.

    Three weeks and little to no transparency/communication has worn my patience out when it comes to VyStar. I defended this nonsense and encouraged others to give understanding while things were worked out. The fact that we are 3 weeks into this with no clue of a resolution date is not acceptable. You are a major financial institution and an outage of this scale is not acceptable. I understand your core systems are fine, but online banking is an industry standard in 2022 and you are not staffed to handle the volume of in bank transactions this has resulted in. Please tell me again how much your members mean to you... Cause I sure don't see it.

    I've been with Vystar for a several years in banking and recently got an auto loan. I understand they are having mobile issues, but please remember that the representatives are people too, and they are doing the very best they can to get you taken care of. I have called a few times this week. Today I spoke to Yasmin, she was great and I asked that she remind herself and the rest of the Vystar team that you all are doing great with the circumstances and to keep up the great work.

    Kenneth Carter has the best customer service of any bank I have ever been to. He is courteous, competent, helpful, and absolutely pleasant to work with. For an exceptional banking experience, be sure to find Carter at Vystar on Laura Street in downtown Jacksonville.

    Always friendly service at Vystar, even with all the chaos of the internet issues, The employees remained friendly and patient. we have gotten very comfortable with modern conveniences, often forgetting that banking from the beginning was done in person. Remember to show some grace to those who are there to help.

    Very disappointed with them. Trying to get a mortgage loan with them. Their mortgage team is NOT the best. They don’t seem to care. Was told they would call me one to two business days after requesting, but never got one. Got an email from a mortgage person named Tabatha Hughes. The email looked like it was copy and paste together. Very unprofessional. Tried applying online and called them to contact me back. No response.

    Ms Yasmine went far and beyond taking care of me. I really appreciate her help specially when I was on a hurry and under a lot of stress because of my home insurance was expiring and she got everything settled down for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

    I never thought I'd say this about a collections call. But I spoke to a young man, I believe his name was Tory, who helped me navigate how to make my next few auto loan payments. I've been having a lot of financial anxiety, and it was the feeling of relief that Tory was able to help me find - even momentarily - was sweet. As incredibly hard as it is economically right now, it was nice to be made to feel like I'm not just a slab of meat to be bled dry. When this credit union says you're a member, they really make you feel like one.

    I have been a member for 40 years and will move my membership to another credit union. Their "recent" change in their online banking system (two months and counting) borders on incompetence. This transition has been going on for two months. When I call customer service? I usually receive a message that they're too busy and the call ends. Want to online chat? They're too busy (all I get is an automated response to standard questions). Want to email? The don't have that option. Want to do stuff online? They limit you to about 5 minutes. It took a month or longer to be able to do simple things like download a statement. Their mobile app still doesn't work. Everyone involved in this debacle should be fired, starting with CEO and President Brian Wolfburg and the IT management. And without getting a severance package. I'm very, very disappointed in VyStar. Not only have they lost an advocate, they've gained a disgruntled customer.

    Joseph Jordan at the downtown location helped me with an issue regarding my credit card. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved my problem. I love Vystar's commitment to excellent customer service!

    Recently I switched over to VY Star credit union and have met some amazing employees. I was in the Jacksonville area when I needed to use their services and walked into a branch office. My first impression was how inviting this office was. My second surprise was meeting "Yasmine" who was so knowledgeable and caring! She reached out to help with all of my issues, going beyond her job description and informing me of many services I was not aware of but never did she make me feel "pressured or rushed".     I had some matters that seemed complicated to me and very confusing. Yasmine explained, removed the fog and set a clear path for all my account issues!
