I am forever grateful to this company! We came to this group with close to $13k in credit card debt and we’re hoping we could get back on track! They educated us on the process, helped us get a better budget that we stuck too and worked, and we’re able to negotiate much better interest rates. In less than 2 years, we worked hard and just paid off our last credit card and could not be more grateful! We saved so much money on interest and easily shaved 2-3 years of payments off. We are now able to move that money to other places. We will be calling them again soon when student loans start back up to help with those payments too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs financial education, better rates on credit cards, and any other program they offer. If you’re thinking about using them, it’s worth 20-30 minutes on the phone with one of their representatives to go over your situation and come up with a plan to financially get in a better situation! It’s not easy but it’s worth it!

Gabriel was very kind, informative & took the time to explain the steps I needed to take to understand the process of becoming financially independent. He genuinely seemed to care about my situation. He was very helpful! I recommend to anyone who may not know where to turn in regards to their financial situation to contact Gabriel at American Consumer Credit Counseling. He definitely showed me there was a lght at the end of the tunnel!

I totally forgot the representatives name but she was absolutely amazing! I was shaking in stress anxiety what you couldn’t tell over the phone and she calmed me and figured out my solution with a creditor that’s on my program. She even brought up things that I would never think of that better my credit that they would need to fix. I’m truly so grateful to her and if I could I would send this wonderful person flowers and coffee. It meant that much to me. Building my credit and decreasing my dept has been so stressful but her and accc have made it so much easier. I’m am very thankful and I could give her a million stars I would.

I've used this program for over a year to help lower my debt and make it more manageable. The staff today, Kim B, was very helpful and easy to talk to, which is representative of all the agents I've spoken to over the last year. They're efficient and ready to help, they're not judgmental, and they do what they promise.

I had a detailed discussion over finances, budget, and savings. Mr. A.J explained everything in detail of each area of the debt management program and provided me with tools to get out of debt. I was very impressed and even more impressed that he took the time to assist me. I'm thankful!!!

I called to get help with my debt, well I want to tell you that keva I think that's her name was excellent. I also work with the public and I know how important it is to understand people Every individual is different, but that girl went above and beyond. She was understanding, kind and a great personality. You need to recognize her personality and commitment to your company. Greatl asset to your company.

Keva is a Rockstar! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Everyone’s financial situation is different, but she took the time, listened, and provided a clear plan to assist me in my credit rebound. Michele was beyond excellent in walking me through the debt counseling process and completion of all the financial information required. She explained how the process worked and answered each of my questions on the program. She also detailed my new monthly payment and how long it would take to eliminate my debts. I actually wish that Michele could continue to work with me as my Client Services person.

The debt consolidation program with ACC was helpful in not only consolidating debt but with negotiating lower interest rates while enrolled in the program. A challenge is the effort to pay off debt but with little improvement if interests rates remain high. I also found the newsletters and additional classes provided additional education/tools for success while in the program and use afterwards. I highly recommend ACC in addition to trustworthy, accountability partners during your journey towards financial freedom.
