    The representative who assisted me on a call center call was extremely helpful with my request to assistance in updating my credit card profile information.     One star cuz they tried to make their app and mobile banking better and broke it instead...i know it's corporate, thats why im one starring all branches I've ever been to. HEY VYSTAR....IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT!!!

    Customer service means a lot to me and when I tell you Chase at the Riverside Branch exceeded my expectations. He was patient explained everything he was doing for me every step of the way and most of all his demeanor was GREAT! He is AWESOME thank you Chase

    I've been waiting for 1hour and a half just to talk to someone about opening a business account. The lady at the front desk is preoccupied with the security officer and has no clue as to what's going on, most of these employees are just taking rheir sweet time not really doing anything to help customers get back to work . The worst branch ever!

    I have been to several Vystar Branches in the Jacksonville area. The Riverside Branch is where I've received the best service. A significant part of the service I received is due to Charmain Ervin, thanks again!

    You can always count on Vystar's website being down once per month. They seriously need to update their software infrastructure. They only updated their frontend, but the facelift can only take you so far.

    I am so happy to be a long-standing VyStar customer. Recently my card was hacked and I got security alerts via email, call and text instantly. There was no issue with the stolen funds (which I have experienced with other banks) and I was able to come to this branch and quickly get a new card the same day. I also love that VyStar supports our community and the Jacksonville Humane Society in particular! #OneHappyCustomer
