Moved to the San Marco area a couple of months ago and started going to their branch. Met Christian Testa the first time in. So polite and helpful. He assisted us with a refinance. Kept us updated the entire time. I love the small bank personal feel that this branch has. Especially enjoyed working with Christian. Would do again without hesitation.

Mallorey went above and beyond when I was paying bills while online banking is down. I told her my credit card was also expired and was Interested in upgrading the card as well. She explained to me to best option and congratulated me on having such a high credit score at a young age. Would love to have her assist me when it’s time to buy a new car. Thanks VyStar!

Jessica is the best! She has helped me out with so many things. From normal account transfers to helping me with getting a car loan and other finances. She is the only one I go to at this location. She is amazing and efficient!

Thank you Ms.Jessica Hurlock. Today was very frustrating, after speaking to three different call representatives over the phone, who gave me different answers about my check that I deposited in my account. Ms. Jessica took care of my situation, she remained very professional even though I was frustrated. She showed empathy and explained what and why they had a hold on my check. Also she went out of her way to make sure the situation was handled. She even explained to me that there was a drop box available. I am truly great full for her. Thank you again.

I visited the branch for the first time since moving to San Marco to open a credit card and my consultant Jessica Hurlock was super friendly and helpful! She also updated my address and got me a quote for insurance. My fiancé came with me and she helped him with a couple of things too. She helped us with what we came in for and more, she went above and beyond!

This is hands down the best VyStar Branch in Jacksonville! Christian is awesome every time I come in it feels like I’m at home with my brothers. He along with the entire staff is friendly and easy to work with, answers all my questions and gets me in and out with no issues. I was impressed with the professionalism both Emina and VyStar offered. The presentation of my options gave me flexibility I hadn’t expected. Once the application was submitted, I waited less than 10 minutes for a positive answer. My loan was funded the same day! I am a new VyStar customer, opening my first account to facilitate this loan.
