I’m surprised they have a high rating. I had a very terrible experience at this agency. They suspended and cancelled my car insurance without my knowledge said that I didn’t pay my bill, even though I was enrolled through an auto pay and had way more than enough money for the payment to go through, which means that the payment was supposed to go automatically but it didn’t. I tried reaching out to them and understand what’s going on, they were rude and didn’t bother caring much about there customers. I needed prove that my insurance was suspended at that date without my knowledge which is “True”. I called them and I was nice with them on the phone and asked for the prove which is my right and to be fair.. and they didn’t bother helping me out or have time to talk to me but they told me I can lie about it and say I was out of the country and hang the phone on my face. I have a lot of people with State Farm that I got sent to and now they’re going to change to a different insurance. All state agency especially the one in green springs is the best and have great deals, amazing customer service and people at the desk always willing to help and understand your concerns. Most of the customers that they have was from the dealership owner nearby and his planning in switching to a different company as well.
