It was easy and less stressful than what we expected. John Walker, our MLO is the best! Text him whatever time of the day, whatever day of the week it’s all good. He gives you a response in a very timely manner. Makes sure everything is on time. If we are to do it again we will use the same lender over and over again. One more thing, they are VA FRIENDLY!
