I just want to say thank you to Sam my salesman who was very kind and courteous. I stopped in to just "look" and ended up making a deal. Everyone was very kind and I highly recommend this dealership. They weren't pushy and listened to what I wanted and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. These guys were great !!! Thank you. I'm so happy to be back in a Kia!

I can’t say enough about the team at Vision Kia Canandaigua. I stopped in unexpectedly looking for an EV6 GT, and Brian Mark and Jonathan Vasile could not have been more helpful actually finding me one…..and quickly! They were very customer-friendly and communicated with me frequently on the process and the delivery. Jonathan was personable and knowledgeable, and when I picked up the car, he went through every system to make sure I was comfortable driving it home. Can’t say enough about his professionalism. Lastly, Brian gave me a very fair deal. I had a good car to trade, and when I left I knew I had been treated well. I’ve bought a few cars in my life, but this was, by far, the best experience.

I recently had an oil change and inspection. The service was done in a timely manner while I waited in the comfortable visitors area. My car was returned to me vacuumed out, cleaner than when I had gone in! Staff is friendly and easy to work with - I recommend Vision Kia!

Great fast oil change. Did a commentary vacuum which a nice. Service department is wonderful....in and out in less than a half hour. However looking for a new car for my college student and they had only one new car....if they want to sell cars they need to have more in stock.

I recently picked up a pre-ordered EV6 First Edition (#3 of 1500) from the folks at Vision Kia of Canandaigua. This is the 4th vehicle our family has purchased from Brian and the team at Kia. I can't say enough good things about this car and the incredible technology it presents. Our sales person, Cody, was right with us through the sales and pickup process making the experience easy and exciting. The finance and service department are also very good and responsive to any questions we had. The no pressure atmosphere of the group and the high value ratio of Kia vehicles is what brings back to Vision Kia in Canandaigua.

I was in and out for an oil change within a half an hour, free of charge. Vision takes their 3 free oil changes to the next level! They looked my car over as well and ensured I did not need anything. Very friendly customer service, they held the door for me as I left. Thank you, vision kia!

Everyone here in the service department are great, today 7/14 is my last free oil change, I actually walked out from Nissan Canandaigua, I had my last oil change at Nissan but they would not honor the last free oil change, so I walked out and Kia Vision Canandaigua got me in same day at 3:15p, when I got to Kia, the guy told me they was giving him a hard time as well and he had the PO # they needed for the free oil change, glad I left and came to Kia, something in my heart told me to leave. Vision Kia Canandaigua is a great place for service and sales, the other two vision in Canandaigua are terrible Nick Reiss at Kia the best, great guy

Began discussing the availability of a car with the internet sales team. The exact car I wanted was available. I asked for them to run some numbers and was told by an agent they would go get their manager and discuss with me the specific numbers between leasing and financing. Never heard back from them… continued to reach out and radio silence. It was a very disappointing experience and I will never take my business or potential business there again.

It was amazing!!! I previously ordered one 8 1/2 months ago with a different dealer and the service was aweful and no order insight, I reached out to Visions Kia and within 3 weeks , with continued communication , I received my dreams car. I cant thank them enough..

Another great service experience at Vision Kia Canandaiigua. The staff is friendly and keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle and it is the little touches by Service Manager Chad and his staff that make me drive the 45 minutes to have my service work done there.

I didn't have an appointment I just dropped in because my check engine light was on They were really receptive and they went above and beyond appreciate them very much! My 2nd visit there for inspection , tire rotation Service was great inspection and repairs were done on very timely manner The guys are very pleasant and helpful

I have purchased my last vehicle from Vision. When I purchased my 2016 Optima from Vision Kia in Canandaigua I was told there would be free oil changes for life. Today I was told that I would no longer get free oil changes because I did not do certain recommended items. This requirement was never mentioned when I purchased the vehicle.

They have done.an excellent job for me in the upkeep and care of my Kia K 5. They even gave me a complimentary wash , when I had my first year inspection. They are friendly and go that one step beyond for their customers. I really ,really , really enjoy driving my Kia5. Go to Vision Kia , you will see what I mean!!!

I'm a graduate student, so I was looking for a new car on a budget. From the moment my dad and I pulled into the Vision Kia parking lot, Richard came out to meet us and suggested that I take the 2021 Kia Rio for a drive since it was a nice car within my budget. I loved it, and my dad was able to negotiate a great deal with Brandon. Everyone was very kind and personable. I would highly recommend going to Vision Kia for your next car!

Their service Dept is the sole reason I will continue to buy Kia vehicles. They have always gone above & beyond each & every time I have been there. Chad & Zach are very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything even multiple times. They even remember your name with a warm welcome. I look forward to seeing them. The service here is incredible! I’m a new car owner and im still learning the ropes with this type of ownership. All the workers at Kia do an amazing job of explaining to me certain things that need to get fixed and ways for me to help take better care of my car, which has been helping me greatly. On top of their great service the workers go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of your car is working properly before you walk out of those doors. Overall I’m very grateful to have workers such as these guys helping me out with all my car needs!

Vision Kia is Awesome Nick and the Staff were very professional and polite. They Resolved my Power Steering issue in a matter of hours and they did their best to save me money and went above and beyond by repairing my fron grill. Great Job I will use them for all my Kia Needs. Ask for Nick for all your Service needs!!

They always do a good job with my baby. Today I got an oil change and the people were nice as usual. The waiting room and bathroom is always clean as well. They also did a complimentary appraisal while I got the oil change and came right away to talk to me about it

Had a very pleasant experience, when I walked in I was greeted immediately. Jonathan helped me get a good deal on my new 2023 Kia Sportage and I absolutely love it! Definitely recommend going there for friendly service and good quality vehicles.

Took a lot longer than they said. I was really late to work. The actual service is good but I don't think I'll come back unless oil changes are free, otherwise there is no reason to go to Kia

Not happy with recent experience. They put an extended warranty i dont need on my brand new vehicle with a warranty $2,600. Took my positive equity for themselves 2k and 9000 over msrp on my new vehicle. Will not go here again ever!

I love the service department at Vision Kia in Canandaigua. I have taken my Kia’s to them for almost 9 years. I have always been treated beyond courteously. They are efficient and complete all services in a timely manner. Chad , the service manager, has gone so far as provided a loaner because he was concerned that I would be stranded when they could not immediately discover the problem with my car. They are the best. I had an unexpected issue with my newly purchased Kia Sorento and immediately flew into a panic. The car was not safe to be driven and the check engine light was flashing. I called the Service team on Tuesday night and Zach assured me that even though they were booked up, he would do his best to squeeze me in. I brought the car in Wednesday morning as soon as they opened, and picked it back up by 3pm. Thankfully my issue was just a simple diagnostic fix. Zach and Chad and their team kept me updated on the progress to alleviate my concerns throughout the day. And when I picked it up, they had given me an oil change and detailed my interior! As a single mom, I cannot go without a vehicle and this team went above and beyond to take care of me. Highly recommended. Thank you so much, Service Department!

I had an accident 2 weeks ago and totaled my new car - I had bought it 3 weeks prior. I explained my situation to the guys and they did everything in there power to get me into a new car. Ben was so great and patient with me. Brian worked his magic and got me into a brand new 2022 Kia Soul. I was blown away. What impressed me most was the fact they didn't brush me off like my past dealer. The caring about the customer and doing everything they could is something your don't see these days. A very pleasant and surprisingly non-stressful car buying experience when I recently leased a 2018 Kia Stinger. Many props to Jason Miller for being very patient and accommodating with me and my family, which ultimately led me back to Vision Kia. I also have to give props to both of the Brian's and Adam for being awesome and courteous as well. Very down-to-earth car buying experience for which I will be recommending wholeheartedly to my family and friends. I look forward to buying from them in the future!

I've been going to this location for close to 10 years and always have had a great experience. I just purchased vehicle #4 today and will be picking up #5 on Saturday. They really put the customer first in every aspect, right down to the small stuff. I can remember Brian would have a red balloon ready for my son every time we came in for an oil change. Anyone that hasn't gone to this location for a vehicle really needs to stop in. You won't be disappointed one bit, Brian and Ben are fantastic and will find a solution for you.
