1st time buying a car on line and the experience was great! Lauren the sales person answered all my questions and handled all the details with the highest professionalism one can hope for. The car was shipped from NY to Mich. without any damage and arrived exactly when auto outlet said it would. My plug in hybrid was everything and more, the pictures and descriptions On the website advertised! I would recommend auto outlet USA to anyone.

Very friendly staff. We worked with Austin Morrell and he was fantastic. Quick service. Easy approval on credit and paperwork and very smooth transition into my new vehicle. I worked with salesperson Kevin, and Fiance guy Nick. Both were great professionals who did everything they could to help me get into a new car. I ended up not choosing this dealer only because I received an offer I couldn't turn down from another on a beautiful used car. I would recommend this dealer still to anyone. They take their time in helping find you exactly what you want and while there might be a bit of sales pressure what dealer can you goto where this doesn't exist.

I actually went to Auto Outlets of Wolcott and they were amazing! Everyone I met was very nice, Samantha and Chris were exceptional. I had been involved in a traumatic accident shortly after my husband passed away. They were very kind and respectful to my situation and needs. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out if they are looking to buy a used vehicle.

I recently sold our car to Auto Outlets. I was in a difficult position in that I was not able to travel out to their location. I heard their ad on the radio and decided to give them a try. I was glad I did! They could not have been more helpful, in particular Ivan who was extremely helpful and understanding. They gave me a tentative offer over the phone (which was very fair) , came to my house to appraise the car, and did the final sale right at my home as well! I could not have made this happen otherwise and I'm very grateful.

We bought a truck from here. Very pleased with Miss Lauren she took great care of us, answered every question, even took a call from us before the place was open! She rocks! Salesperson was very friendly and not pushy at all. We were able to come to terms and I drove away in a nice used pickup. The truck had a recall on it and had to be fixed by a Ford dealership. With everything going on around the world, it took 2 months to get the truck back. The service team worked with me to get it done as quickly as possible. I finally got it back on December 17th. I would recommend this dealership to people.

They scratched off the sticker which referenced to the fact that Hyundai cars are covered under a 5 year, 100k mile warranty. 100% hid this fact from me. Auto Outlets of Canandaigua did this do that they could sell me their own warranty even though I was already covered through Hyundai. This was a complete scumbag move I recommend going to a company that will not lie to make more profit.

My fourth vehicle with these guys. Lauren is a very professional sales person. More important in my opinion, also very personable. She goes the distance to see that you're satisfied.

Posted our used vehicle on Facebook Marketplace for sale. Austin reached out from Auto Outlets and said they would be interested in the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to get appraised and received a very nice price for the vehicle which was higher than the price the dealership gave us we are getting our new car from. About two weeks passed before a new vehicle was delivered and we could pick it up. We had to go back to Auto Outlets to get an updated appraisal due to the amount of time that had passed from the first appraisal. The price for the vehicle was the same and we completed the deal. The process was super easy and Austin was a pleasure to work with. They even handled paying off the rest of the loan with the company we had the loan through and we walked out of there with a check and the process took about an hour. Would definitely recommend them if trying to sell a car and will keep them in mind for the future.

We got in right away and left with my first car choice. Nick is well-mannered, kind, professional, and has a great sense of humor. If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Shane was hands down one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning he was there for my fiance & I. He was very compassionate about his career & made our car buying process much less stressful than years past. He truly went above & beyond for us & made sure we were happy with our choices from the very beginning. He did NOT pressure us into buying anything & kept telling us the decision was ours. Every other experience I've had with car salesmen are tense & nothing but pressuring us into making a rapid decision. After we drove off the lot the amazing customer service didn't stop there. He checked in to make sure we were loving our new rides & wanted to make sure we didn't need anything else. I did tell him prior to leaving the lot with our first "new to us vehicle" that the brakes were rough & needed some attention, with no hesitation he brought it up to the GM who immediately said that we could bring it in & have whatever needed attention to be fixed free of charge since the problems were noted before hand. I truly have a different attitude towards buying a car now & I'm so grateful I was able to work with Shane & be one of his first customers' in New York State. We had an excellent car buying experience. Our salesman, Ivan, went up and above what we expected. We purchased a 2014 Chevy Traverse. We had over an hour drive to the dealership. We spoke to him in the morning and he made sure it was ready for us that evening. We put a lot of trust in him, as we purchased the car over the phone. Ivan is definitely a salesman that is very trustworthy. We would definitely recommend him 110%!

Taylor was an amazing car salesman. He stayed within budget and got me the best price for my trade in. He provided me many options after asking lots of questions on what I would be looking for in a vehicle. Everyone in the Wolcott store worked smoothly and efficiently to get me in and out as soon as possible and I didn’t feel like I was pushed into a deal, I got to make my decisions based on my needs. Hands down the best car dealership experience we have ever had. Austin Morrell, is by far the BEST to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest..yes honest! We didn't feel any of the usual car dealership tactics or games they sometimes play. Austin impressed both myself and my husband. Excellent customer service! I needed the car we picked quickly and they delivered! Same day service! My salesman Ivan, went up & above! Straight answers, no false promises, did exactly what he said! Nick talked to me about additional services, highly knowledgeable about his products! Originally, wasn't going to get anything but he described them in practicable terms, seemed like a no brainer to get them all! No question, I'll refer them to any of my friends that needs a vehicle!

After an unpleasant interaction with Crazy Cheap Cars locally, with a quick internet search I found Auto Outlets of Canandaigua online also selling the vehicle I was interested in. I decided to give them a call and see if we could make a comparable deal that would make the longer drive out there worthwhile for me. I was referred to their salesman Austin. Austin was very friendly and helpful. He even went so far as to deliver the vehicle to us the next day without extra cost. Very impressed. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future, though hopefully I won't need a new vehicle for a good while. 😁

We love the BMW! Over all it was a pleasant experience. However when i first inspected the I was promised detailing of the engine bay. I was filthy and you had car several days to keep your promise. Thus 4 stars..

Saw a car online, contacted them via text, Ivan called shortly after. We went to the dealership that evening, saw the car, put our deposit down. 2 days later drove home our new to us car. Ivan was by far one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. Easiest purchase, all thanks to Ivan. Would consider another purchase there when we are in the market again.

I was selling a car and checked on KBB. I had a couple of other dealers interested. One would come to me, the other I needed to go to them for the appraisal of the car. I'm very short on time and patience right now, and I felt they did not treat me well. The 2nd used car dealer was going to come out for the appraisal, but he was sick that day, and the next day didn't hear back from them. I contacted Auto Outlets, where I actually purchased the car. Sent them pictures, they were interested, and the deal worked out very well. I asked for $1500 more than the other dealer and they had no problem paying that. They were able to perform the appraisal and buy the car on the spot, pending a shop inspection. I said no problem, no issues with the car. I don't BS. Dave, the sales guy, left me a message the next day, Saturday, thanking me how easy the transaction was for them. Again, I don't deal with BS, these guys were honest all the way.

My husband and I have purchased 2 cars from here. A 2017 Chevy Equinox last summer from the salesman Dana. We bought this so my dad has a reliable vehicle. Dana was our salesman, he showed us multiple vehicles and ended up getting us a really good deal. He knew it was important to me that my dad had something safe and reliable. Dana is a very personable salesman, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The other an immaculate 2012 Toyota Camry with very low miles. We called AO at approximately 5:45pm and asked if we could come to see/test drive the car. Lauren answered our call and made an appointment with us right away. We live over an hour away but that didn’t deter her from meeting with us, even though she was probably aware she would have to stay later than their closing time (8pm). We had explained that we needed a car that was great on MPG because my husband would be traveling back and forth to Buffalo multiple times a week, and we didn’t want to put that many miles on our daily vehicles. As soon as we got there, she was ready for us. She had the car pulled up to the front with plates on and ready to be test driven. She answered all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up going through with the purchase. There was one manager on that night and they were pretty busy. We were pushing closing time, and instead of having us make the trip again, they stayed til almost 10pm by the time everything was finalized. She had the car detailed while we waited so we could bring it home that night. We have purchased many vehicles and have never been able to bring the vehicle home the same day. This was by far the easiest and fastest car purchasing process we have ever had. Both experiences were great, and I know we will end up buying from here again. Dana and Lauren are great assets to this company. They’re both kind, educated in their career, and not pushy at all. The finance managers were also very kind, and didn’t push us to finance or try to get us to spend more money on something else. To us, this is important. We have been to many dealerships that don’t care much about what you want, and keep pressing you.

Purchased a vehicle in August/September of 2021with a "We Owe" for some services they were not able to get done in a timely fashion. 2+ months later I have still not been reimbursed for those services. Getting the run-around from sales guy and not a peep from the manager. Price was reasonable but proceed with caution and don't expect much after the sale is completed.

Horrible service, had me waiting on the response of one of the vehicles for about 3 days. I knew the answer because I called. My credit score is high, I didn’t get approved by the single fact that I arrived on a 2003 vehicle and that made them assume that I didn’t have the money. To me this is discrimination, I can arrive at the dealer walking and that shouldn’t be their business as long ad I have the money and the credit score. Don’t recommend this dealer

Quality cars at competitive prices, and purchasers can drive off with their purchased vehicle on the same day (even Saturdays). I also traded a vehicle toward my purchase, and they provided a fair value for the trade. I’ll be returning next time I need a quality used auto. My sales person, Nick, was superb to work with as well.

This review is for Lauren G. I would like to say that she gave me perfect service. Her attention to detail was so nice. I am an older person and she took the time with me that I needed in buying my Subaru. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. At first it was a great experience. They were super nice and cooperative. Then when it actually came to actually receiving the car. It was awful. Never have I seen a used dealership, let a car go out looking like that. When picking up the car, it looked great at first look at a distance. But looking closer up and giving it a good wash. Come to find out. There were many many deep scratches and swirl marks all over. They left out the driver side was part of a crash. No photos showed that. As well as the transmission had to be fixed. As well as having to replace all tires and paint a rim. Looked like it was chewed up by the concrete. No one from the dealership would answer my calls about working something out with help paying for some of the damages. Need less to say. I will never use any of their branches again. And make sure you tread carefully
