Vision Bank N Harrison St, Shawnee

I am a member of vision bank. The Meeker branch is great but the Shawnee branch isn't. They are not friendly. There was no one at the front desk today. We had to ask to be helped. Then we waited 25 minutes to use the notary and had to leave before we could get done what we came to do. I hate this branch!

Andrew M is always great to work with. He always is will you I help and makes things very easy for my husband and I!

100% best customer service from a bank in Shawnee Oklahoma. They also have amazing... amazing auto loan rates. I have switched to them after a bad experience with my last bank a year ago, and they have yet to disappoint me. Super great!

I absolutely love this place! They are always very helpful. I've had a couple of issues arise, and they fixed it that day. Not sure why the negative reviews. If they ever seem short, not rude, it's because they are busy and trying to get customers taken care of quickly. When they have a moment, they are the best, sweetest ladies! They are handling business in a timely manner. I recommend this bank to everyone!

Vision Bank employees go out of their way to be friendly to their customers, such as remembering first names. Much courtesy and efficiency.

I love Vision Bank. I grew up in a town smaller than Shawnee and was accustomed to a local bank where "everyone knows your name". When Vision opened, I knew it was home. I am among the remaining few, in today's society, who believe it is important to go into a bank. I do use the drive-through, but rarely. I know almost every employee by name and most know me. The tellers and CSRs treat everyone as an important customer.--everyone else does too, but they deal with the most people on a daily basis. Gail and Linda are my favorites. They always have a smile. Sue is, by far, your best ambassador, both in the community and in customer service. I recommend Vision to all my friends.

No Stars would be selected if possible. I still have not been contacted by a personal banker to discuss personal loans. My calls, and emails were over two weeks ago. It must be a great time for Vision Bank. You are so busy that you do not need my business. But times change, and when you solicit me for business I will answer with a resounding NO. Can you guess why?

I opened up a checking account and it was fast and easy very polite people I plan on banking with them for quite a while

I called the Bank in Shawnee with a major issue and first spoke with Shari (supervisor). She kindly listened and asked questions for clarification. She referred me to Wendy West and advised me that she had talked with her and she would return my call. She did return the call resolved all the issues in just a few days. They went far beyond from what I had expected with the sensitivity at hand. Excellent management at this bank and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!

Jennifer sietman doesn't care about losing customers and was way too eager to close an account. Doesnt seem like she really supports the well being of vision. I liked vision bank in ada but this lady has forced me to take business elsewhere.
