Not sure why they decided to be so rude to me I've never been in there before and I will never go in again today was my birthday I was feeling great until I went and was treated with rudeness and disrespect then she refuse to give me hundreds I don't understand that but I won't ever go back to that bank again

I personally had a, great experience with these guys.. They are crazy busy on a Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock, but that's not their fault. I passed two other banks in route to them, and those banks were not busy at all.. So that tells you something! Their lobby is temporarily closed except for appointment, but personally, I think it the Responsible thing to do, w Every hospital in the state at full capacity.. I dealt w Molly and got a new debt card w no problem.. Thanks

Truly shameful representation of the bank from Becky and Terry. Banked with them for years, but will no longer be banking with them thanks to their condescending attitude.

Absolutely rude customer service people,the only person more rude was the little guy that claims he was a manager. He may have held the position,but he was no manager. The worst representatives for a business I've seen locally

The worst bank I've ever been with . Filed a fraud dispute with them and ask two week later if the balance in the account was corrected and if the dispute had been settled and was told it had been. I did not feel right about there answers and called the Tinker Field branch and got a CSR on the phone to here that the dispute was not over an the balance was a provisional credit and the dispute that they were informed not to process went through any way an got hit with a 22.00 overdraft chage.that charge was a unauthorized charge put through by Sprint with out my permission anther dispute is still on going and was told it could take 60 to 90 days to resolve.

People are always helpful at the front desk & courteous. Tellers are fast & accurate!Front Lobby is nice, you can use ATM in front, plus it has AC!! Inside the Bank it's very clean including the Bathroom! I especially like the seating! Very comfortable. Member benefits are great!! Thanks

Customer Service is key to success. Not enough friendliness at this business. I suggest TFCU hire hometown people. I want to see a good attitude where I put my money!

Wish they would let you make a deposit into your account through the ATM.

I tried to deposit money from my debit card. The teller advised my card wasn't working and wouldn't be working for 24 hour per the card provider. She said this without trying to run the card at all. After leaving I called the card company and they said they had no knowledge of this. I used my card at and ATM and it worked. I made 6 purchases and the card worked. So I was clearly just lied to at the bank. I'm perplexed as to why she lied. I guess she didn't want to assist me today. So much hate for nothing. I been banking here for so many years I'm just shocked and confused. I won't be back to this location for sure.

Never lets you know when payments change. Also payments read different online, than what they say you owe in the bank. As soon as I get the opportunity, I'm cancelling my business with them, and not recommending them to any of my friends and family.
