I've always had great experiences at this location. The most recent time I went in I had to see a banker. I had never done that before and was unaware that you sign in at a kiosk so I just got in the line and went up to a teller at the window. She let me explain what I needed without cutting me off even though I'm sure she knew that I needed a banker after the first few words I said. She then explained to me that I had to go sign in to speak with a banker. I asked her where, and instead of just pointing and telling me where to go she actually came around and took me to the kiosk and showed me what to do. I really appreciated the time and effort she took to help me that day. Her little act of kindness went a long way and helped me form a positive view of this location. The banker that helped me was just as nice. He helped me get everything done I needed without shoving credit card and mortgage offers at me like a lot of banks do. It was just a quick, nice, and easy banking experience.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ms. Kim Chhat helped me out with a certified check which was a different transaction for me and she was great. Also it didn't hurt that she was aesthetically pleasing to the ocular senses ( in other words she was fine!).

Horrible bank definitely switching over to navy federal. Even after I’ve been with VACU for YEARS.

Staff are quick. Times are a changing, so recommendation for a place I have been with 25+ years...no so much anymore. Your just a number.

The staff here is always so kind and welcoming. They are happy to help in the bank building if you have an issue that can't be handled in the drive-thru. Quick service!

I have banked at this branch for many years. Tellers are always helpful and friendly. Same for the customer service team. 4 drive thru lanes and 1 for ATM transactions only. Lobby is open 9 to 12 on Saturdays. Usually crowded on Saturday and more so the closer it is to 12. If you need to go on Saturday, try to do it early.

Excellent customer service and I was stunned at how fast they were able to set up my account and approve my loan. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very glad I switched to this bank.

The Atm machine ate my money! After I put hundreds of dollars into the machine it said it was out of order, I tried again it worked fine. I want my money back I'll be the first person there in the morning!
