It's Christmas time and my friend (who is a single mother with a 6-year-old daughter) made all of her payments, but failed to renew her loan (she was going to continue the monthly payments which, by the way, do not affect the principle, so they've already made over $550 on her $1200 loan). But, instead of reaching out to her to renew it or find out if she's having trouble, they towed her car 4 days before Christmas and charged her $625 for the towing. Someone making regular payments is not trying to skip out on their obligation. With everything going on in the world and many people needing a hand up you'd think there was some humanity with this company, but I guess not. In my opinion they are predators feeding off people's troubles. I went with her to take care of it and the guy had the audacity to wish me Merry Christmas. I said to him, "What about hers?"

Then as I drove by on Stemmons I saw this building that said Title loans for less, which was Vip Finance. I walked in there, huge building with very nice people. Susie, the girl that works there explained the loan and I was satisfied to know that their interest is only %6 for a whole year. I didn't have to refinance every month like the other companies. My payments were very cheap as well, and no late or hidden fees. Cheapest and friendliest place I found. I trusted them with my title and left very happy. Thank you Vip Finance in Dallas.

If you have to went to Vip Finance you would see how friendly the employees' are, and they seem to really care about you. I recommend this to anyone.

Instead of taking my repo to the location I got the loan from they took it to Arlington. They didn't inform me my car was going there and picked up my car before the repairs could be finished. All this wouldn't have happened if they would have told me where my car was before it got involved in the accident.

VIP Finance had the lowest title loan rate in the Dallas and Duncanville area that I could find! Great people to work with. Glad I found this title loan store that is a great alternative to all the other types of loans out there. THANK YOU VIP FINANCE!
