In a culture where often customer service, personal attention and doing a great job is sadly a lost art, The guys at Planet Ford restored my faith in all of the above. After an accident of personal stupidity (backing the car filled with golden retrievers out of garage), I might have forgotten to close the back passenger door.😩 With reassurance and a plan, manager Tim made me feel heard, and important. He and his crew delivered the car back in amazing time and beautiful condition. This experience actually renewed my belief in the great power of caring like you really do. Travis, my Sales Consultant, was wonderful throughout the entire process. From taking my order, to updating me as it went through, to making sure everything was as ordered before I arrived, he was absolutely wonderful. Carlo, the Business Manager, was very helpful and made sure I understood all of the paperwork and wasn't even offended when I took the time to read (and asked questions) BEFORE signing. Great guy! Love my new Lincoln MKC Joe was very helpful and got the deal done quickly . Not to mention my warranty is Amazing with this dealership. Highly recommend great buying experience. My Dad and I had a great experience at Planet Ford Dallas. We reserved early for a Hybrid Maverick and Planet Ford walked us through the process with great advice along the way. Scott Manfred returned every call and email promptly and I had a bunch of questions given this was an all new vehicle. On the big day when our Maverick arrived, the whole staff treated my Dad so well and Scott patiently walked my Dad through all the new truck features. We could not be happier with the whole process.

Found my F150 online, travelled to Dallas from Florida to pick it up and have zero complaints. My salesman, Travis was really cool the whole time and wasn’t pushy at all like most cars salesmen. What an UNBELIEVABLE experience from the first phone call all the way until even after we pulled our new F150 Platinum off of the lot. I 100% recommend this dealership and if you want the 5 ⭐️ experience… Joe D’Angelo is your guy!!! We flew in from Jackson Ms, where Joe PICKED US UP FROM THE AIRPORT! (How many people would go out of their way for you like that?) well Joe did! Service center seems to be running numerous scams independently and with the dealership. Warranty scam activity from 2 different mechanics. First, a mechanic suggested I purchase a warranty from the dealership acknowledging my vehicle already had an existing problem, but to wait until after warranty was in effect to get it fixed. Stated he would purposely not document the issues so the warranty would cover. I get an oil change that day and the mechanic claims I need new tires. They show me my current tires - I agree with him. I state I always get my tires from discount tire. Mechanic wants my business for tires, so I trust him that he will provide a good service. I purchase 4 brand new tires with warranty. After a few days I got a screw in one of my tires. I take the vehicle in and the mechanic states the tire is not fixable due to placement and that warranty won’t cover. The mechanic suggested 2 times over the course of the day that I come pick the car up and take it to discount tire and see if they could fix it. After refusing to accept the trash service they were trying to provide me, they finally decide to honor the warranty that was sold. However, it was an all day ordeal to finally get them to honor the purchased warranty. If I could give this entire business 0 stars I would. Be mindful before attempting to do business with these scammers!
Ms. Williams, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent service experience. You did indeed purchase a Road Hazard Warranty along with purchase of your new tires. Unfortunately, it does take a couple of days for it to appear in Ford’s database. Having said that, there was no reason that the process should have taken as long as it did. Your tire was not a stock item and had to be ordered which accounted for some of the time. We just didn’t do a good job of initially assessing the situation upon your arrival. As you’ve stated, we eventually got things sorted out and a new tire installed at no charge to you albeit not without causing some inconvenience for you and for that we are truly sorry. Went in for full maintenance on a Ford Fusion I recently paid off and man it feels like I walked away with a brand new car. The price ticket wasn’t bad at all for the amount of work that was needed for the vehicle and the rapidness of which my vehicle was brought back to me was amazing. Planet Ford was excellent! Scott Manfred took care of me the minute I walked in the door and helped make sure I left the same day with keys in hand. Robert was excellent in explaining the vehicle, he was thorough and took about an hour walking through everything with me. Only downside was the finance agent who tried to add things I didn't want to the warranty, but after sleeping on it and deciding to forego it, he assisted me and removed it. Overall Planet Ford Dallas was excellent and I'll be sure to go back for all my future needs!

Dean, my service councilor, helped me navigate tire selection, and compare options. As I was in need of tires, he also wisely suggested alignment as well. I was having the 60k service performed (vehicle needed oil change, but it was time for overall inspection of car’s “health”) . I recently had my 2016 Mustang serviced here due to poor steering performance. I was basically at wits' end trying to get my car fixed, and had already gone to a different dealership who had taken my money and "found no issue" with my car. Here at Planet Ford, my experience was much, much different. I was taken care of, and my concerns were listened to. They did have the car for a week, but I do understand understaffing, and high volume during this time of year. I was called on the 7th day of them having my car, and was informed of the problem found. The advisor on the phone explained the steps necessary to repair it, the total cost, and time to finish repairs. It was a very transparent process. When I went to pick up my car, it was cleaned, the pricing was as described over the phone, and overall a good experience. I was worried that my problem with my car's steering would still remain, but once I got it out on the road, my Mustang felt great again. Massive thanks to my service advisor Oscar, and the team that worked on my car. I was apprehensive bringing it here after my previous sour experience at a different establishment, but you guys have made me one happy customer. Thank you for listening to my issue and taking it seriously. Ford should be extremely proud to have such a professional dealership with awesome staff, skilled techs, and fair pricing.

My service advisor, Dean, was excellent. He was courteous, prompt, and followed through with everything I asked. The problem was, this dealership could offer no explanation as to why my brand new Ford Ranger was only getting 13.5 MPG, when it is supposed to get 20 MPG in the city, and 24 MPG on the highway. Also, I drive like a “granny”, not at all aggressively. I feel like there is still something wrong with my engine’s computer settings. 😔

Experience was good not great. Car was finished in a timely manner. No loaner cars available. Had to rent one. Car was returned fixed but not rinsed off. I got used to that when it was Park City and at North Central Ford.

I bought my 2020 Ranger here and all was good. It’s the service that has me upset. I took my truck in for service every 5K for the package oil change $49 which was to include tire rotation. I just spent $800 on new tires and $50 on alignment at 42K miles. My tires were ok except for the inside of both front being worn to fabric. There is no way they rotated the tires or even checked them. Needless to say I won’t be back, nor will I recommend them for any service. After reviewing the notes/receipt
Mr. Hart, we are sorry to hear about the tire wear issue. We researched your visits in our system (also noted on CARFAX) to find the following: Actual tire rotation wear was completed at 4,391, 5,861, 6,160, 9,783, 8,087 miles. Your last visit to our establishment was Jan. 12, 2022 with 34,838 miles on your Ford Ranger. Inside tire wear is not caused from lack of rotations. Inside tire wear is normally an alignment issue. We would encourage you to follow the recommend guide for service at every 5k to 7,500, leaning more to the 5k since the Texas heat can break oil down faster. I’ve never had a good experience with this dealership. I fall at fault for going there because it is convenient and close to my neighborhood. It has always been an ordeal to get something as simple as an oil change using my maintenance plan…I give have to give them the extended maintenance agreement information every visit, they tell me they have put it on file but, the next visit I go through the same issues. I tried a couple of times to schedule an oil change and was told they do not take appts.for oil changes, I just have to show up. Today, I drive over for an oil change and I was asked if I had an appointment. When I explained that I have always been told they don’t take appointments for oil changes, the advisor told me that without an appointment, they are all booked up. This will be the last time I take my car to them.
We apologize Neville. We normally do take walk-ins except for busy holiday weekends like Friday before Easter when you were here and lots of folks are wanting to have their vehicles checked before they travel out of town. In that instance, an appointment is highly recommended and we should have clearly told you that. Regarding the maintenance plan, since it is not a Ford plan, we have to track it in a different system and your advisor needs to scroll down a bit to see it in our Reynolds system. Where do I start??? Had my truck for a week. I needed a couple of things repaired but they were things that could have been done in one day. I needed 2 tire pressure sensors replaced and a thermostat. The bill was $1087. The parts were $288 but the labor was $719. Now the sensors are about $40 each (on line) The thermostat is $9 to $11 (on line) and about $20 worth of gaskets. Can anyone tell me why $100 worth of parts and probably 3 hours worth of labor equate to $1087? That was the price AFTER the service advisor had taken $200 off the bill! The coup de gras? Taking off the $12 they were going to charge for the FREE car wash which I didn't get. What planet is this Ford dealership from? I will say...at least it was fixed! I'll give them 2 stars for that...

We have Ford Certified technicians as the majority of our work requires that level of expertise, if not greater. Yes, many things may be purchased online for less than retail. But, you are not assured of quality or free shipping and most places won't use parts that a customer brings in themselves as then the work cannot be done under warranty. As I was getting everything in order to get my docs, Spencer followed up to make sure I had everything from beginning to end. Even though it was a late at a friday night Jeremy, waited and made sure I was able to leave that day with the car. During the financing step, Randy was superb at explaining the technicalities involved with the payment plans and very patience and friendly. Lastly, I want to thank Robert for closing the delivery, by explaining all the details of the car, including info about the motor and transmission, and as he finished up with golden key recommending to get anti-theft lugnuts(I didn't even know it was a thing). Everytime I bring my car for service it never fails....Jorge Pineda ALWAYS make sure I have a great experience. My last experience was.....my car was making a noise Jorge knew right away what it might be. He wasn't sure ,but it turned out to be what he thought it was. When my car was ready Jorge called me yo let me know it was ready and I can pick it up when I got ready. Once I arrived my car was sent for. When they brought my car it was still dirty and needed to be vacuumed inside. I said "They didn't wash or vacuum my car". Jorge asked the man that brought the car around why it wasn't washed and vacuumed. I really don't know what his answer was. Jorge asked me if I had 20 minutes.....I said I did. Jorge took my car back to the guys to wash and vacuum mt car for me. I really do appreciate Jorge. I have been a customer at this location for years. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR FORD SERVICED. I have always gone to a Ford to get my car serviced, but will never go to this one again. Not only did they misdiagnose my vehicle, they made me buy expensive parts that I didn’t even need, kept my car for a week and a half to order the parts, only for the main problem to not get fixed (while charging me over $1000 for a couple hours of labor) Customer service is very hard to get ahold of (Jorge in the service center), and the technicians are untrustworthy.

Beware!!! Poor management!! Very misleading Business practices!! I test drove a car that my hubby was interested in buying. Because we wanted to used OUR bank to finance the car, they sold it to someone else! Terrible!! Don't do business with them!!
Actually, Mrs. Swanson came in a test drove a Honda Accord with our Pre-Owned Salesman Mr. Reyna Friday at 4:30pm. She mentioned wanting to use her own financing, and we told her that’s fine we just need certified funds. She mentioned that her husband was ultimately the decision maker and that he was out of town. Mr. Reyna asked Mrs. Swanson's husband for the loan officer's phone number and email. This information was given to him at 5:30pm on Friday. The bank was closed by that time. Mr. Reyna informed them both that we are not permitted to hold vehicles while awaiting funding. Ultimately, this vehicle sold first thing on Saturday morning to a customer who brought cash. Mrs. Swanson was well aware that we were not holding this vehicle for her, but she did not expect it to sell by the next morning. We do not prefer one type of financing over another, we simply do what the customer prefers as we are in the sales relationship for the long term. Took my car in for its 10k service but didn’t make an appointment beforehand. Despite this they were accommodating and had my back on the road in no time. The waiting area was comfortable and clean and there was plenty of room for people to spread out. I found a seat next to an outlet and was able to charge my phone while I waited. I bought a used car and had some issues with it the first week. They took good care of me put me in a loner. They were patient and professional even though I was obviously frustrated. I usually buy new and it turned out that is what I really wanted. 3 weeks into owning this vehicle I talked to Rico about checking out a new version of the same vehicle. We went back and forth and realized we were pretty far apart in the numbers. I ended up talking to the G.M. Greg Tomlin about what I was wanted and my frustration surrounding the first purchase. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!! From the start of my experience walking into the dealership. After I told the service guy what I needed looked at on my car, to him telling me “can I speak now”. My car was left here from Tuesday am - Friday am! I asked for an oil change, my brakes to be looked at, and the splash guard under my car to be placed back up. I told them I needed my car back Friday am as I was going out of town. I had to call Friday am to see if my car was ready, spoke to the service guy and he stated it’s been a busy morning and had to rush to see if my car was even ready. No car wash, the splash guard was hanging still and brakes I have to wait on a part to come in but it’s still “safe” to drive. I spoke with the manger Jake, a total tool! Didn’t really listen to my experience and frankly he shouldn’t be a manager. His customer service and listening skills are horrible. I will be using another service department out of my way, just so I can get a better experience and treated like a customer instead of a number within their “high volume service center/dealership”.
Yes, we try to set expectations up front with our customers about how long it will take to service vehicles. ( There is a national parts shortage, a national vehicle shortage, and a national labor shortage. Today I purchased a vehicle from this establishment. I have been searching for a great deal for 5 months at different dealerships. Then I found this establishment from Car Guru. I put my information on the vehicle I selected. I was immediately contacted by a representative who performed world-class customer service. His name is Joe DeAngelo. He went out to the lot to check to see if the vehicle was still available. He then sent me many pictures of the vehicle before I went to the dealership. When I say world-class customer service I mean world-class customer service. He drove 41 miles to come pick me up. That speaks volume To me, that is going above and beyond the Call of Duty. He had all the paperwork ready including the Carfax. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He answered all my questions without hesitation. That made me comfortable it showed me he knew his job. There was also another gentleman by the name of Randy York. He helped me with the financing which was very painless. He also helped me understand the Ford pass. He took the time to educate me about this amazing app. Which I highly recommend. These two gentlemen gave me the best deal out there that I was able to find in these trying times. They took the time to answer all my questions without delay. They didn't rush me at all which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. There was no need to haggle the price because the price was an amazing deal. The dealership was extremely clean the staff here are down to earth and friendly. I found a great dealership that is honest. I will continue to use this dealership for my future purchases for my family and myself....

Well, our car takes good care of us, therefore, we should do the same. She can speak, she has her own language. She lights up, she stops when necessary or she will make a sound out of the ordinary. You have to get to know her as she already knows you. So during times of despair and she needs assistance there is a place that reminds you of a hospital. Planet Dallas Love Field FORD. I rush Black Diamond to the emergency for help. That's my car name. I arrived at the Ford dealership. My gazes are transformed into the concept of a hospital. Customers are concerned, frustrated, happy, confused and many are thankful. Will this environment value customers' feelings no matter what they say or think? The test. The services consultants look like nurses and doctors. The technicians are surgeons, the person over the place is the Chief of Staff. My heartbeat. I don't know what to do. Someone approached me with news we have to keep her. I'm devastated about letting her go. I look back at her wondering will she be safe? Do I need to stay here until all is well? Can I continue to go about my usual daily activities? Life becomes a little bit more struggling. I thought about the first time I saw her. The moment we bond. I believe she choose me and I said she's the one. As time goes tic toc, I'm on a pause. I can't take it anymore, I need to speak to someone else. Help me. The Chief of Staff comfort me with patience, understanding, and hope that her sustenance is worth the wait. The magical calls send me on a spiritual glee. He said, "She's ready." She's is more than beautiful. I thought to myself when I finally picked her up. Lesson learned. Understanding is vital when it comes to waiting. That is the problem no one likes to wait but it is part of life. It has made me better. GOD will use people, places, and things to endow you. I've learned a lot about myself when waiting. It can be good, bad, or ugly. Have a respectable conversation by asking questions, sharing your thoughts and taking what you don't know, and applying it to what you do know. This is a retract from my last review. It's better to say something good. If you don't have anything to say that is adequate. Leave it up to GOD to fix it. Pray about it. Meanwhile, move forward. This is a mixed review. In May 2021 I called about a Ford Ranger. I told the sales person what I wanted, went in looked at the truck and didn't even bother to test drive it. I paid for it and left. Everything was great! This week we decided to start looking for a second vehicle and messaged the dealership about a Black Ford Bronco. (It was a 2021 that hadn't sold even though the 2022s were already out.) The sales person informed me that the price was the same as the 2022 model, around 35k. However he also informed me that it would have a 4999 mark up. Ford has been a staple in our household for years. Ford had told dealerships to not mark up the vehicles...shame on planet ford. We were told that if we special ordered one there wouldn't be a mark up. Do they not understand a bird in the hand is better than 2 in a bush? Or is it just price gouging.
We understand your frustration. While MSRP is a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, we are permitted to price our vehicles on the ground as per market conditions warrant. ALL dealers are working through the uncertainty of receiving ANY type of vehicles from the manufacturer at this point. Due to the scarcity of vehicles, the price across the market increases. Placing an order is more predictable and we can control some pricing and manufacturer incentives. It is difficult to find any Broncos on the ground with specific preferred features. Rather than settle for features or packages or a soft top roof, some customers wisely prefer to order. It's a bit like the home real estate market at this point. How much is a homeowner willing to sell their house for in a tight housing market? At the realtor's suggested price, or to the person who is willing to offer more? We don't believe this market challenge will last too much longer, but we are all at the mercy of manufacturers catching back up with consumer demand. We stand by our pricing model and monitor it daily and work closely with Ford to ensure we are in alignment with their goals. In spite of these inventory difficulties, we remain in the top 1% of all 3100 US Ford dealers in overall customer satisfaction. Respectfully, AE, Public Relations

The engine in my car messed up when I visited Dallas for concert.. DAVE MATTHEWS BAND CONCERT. . I had the best time of my life until it was time to go back home to Laredo ( 7 hours away). My Ford Escape 2017 stopped working. I had it towed to this dealership and I am very glad to have made this decision. Even though that night I had to go back home in a travel bus with my family because we were stuck in Dallas; I contacted the dealership about the issue with my SUV, and they were very attentive. I finally thought to myself why not trade it?. I talked to the auto salesman, EDDIE. He was very nice and attentive and listened to my problems with my SUV. I decided to trade my SUV. I told them I had no time to be in Dallas for days, I needed a transportation as soon as possible. I checked their website and decided on a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. When I got to the dealership everything went great and smooth. Everything was prepared, even my new SUV was ready to go with me back to Laredo. I took 2 hours or less to do the paper work transition with the departments. Before I knew it from a tragedy, I had gained a new SUV with very few miles. It is beautiful and I love it. I really appreciate how this dealership took care of me. I really appreciate the service this dealership gives. I definitely recommend making business with them. I have bought two vehicles from here and used them for all the service for both. The quality of service has declined over the last 4 years to the point my wife now uses another dealer. The service department is lacking in communication, for example, the last two oil changes for my 2019 F250 their service report had “yellow” areas indicating possible issues. Both times the issue was “dirty” air filter. Neither time did anyone notify me or ask if I wanted it replaced, furthermore I have a maintenance package which includes replacing the air filter. After leaving and later reviewing the paperwork is when I discovered the possible need for action. The first contacted my service advisor and told him my concerns. He said the filter didn’t need to be replaced because it wasn’t “time” based on how many miles I had driven since it was last replaced. So I went on as normal. The second time I contacted him and was told the same thing. However this time I decided to go visually inspect the air filter myself and you can see from the photo it was dirty, real dirty! They would rather ruin a $70k truck by replacing parts only when Ford says it should be done rather than asking the person who owns the truck. I drive a lot more than the average person and many times in dusty rural areas so I would expect needing more frequent maintenance. So lack of communication and ability to see things may not be as Ford recommends I give this Dealer two stars!

Went in with a 730 credit score and was denied on a new mustang GT. They helped me understand that the score isn’t all that matters because you need a credit history to get approved. Purely based on the service department, run far away. I took my Escape in for “The Works” at 10am. The thing they were most concerned with was the fact that they were closing at 1pm. “When can you pick it up?” “When will it be finished?” “oh well it’s gonna take a couple of hours…” “okay…so I’ll come get it when it’s finished. I live close.” “Well we close at 1 so…” good lord. Okay. I got a call that it was ready. I went to pick it up. I got home and started looking at the paperwork and there were four items that “failed” their checks that apparently need attention. One thing I can guarantee is that I will not be going back. When I shared my experience with friends, their reply was “oh yeah they’re horrible.”

I called to let them know my vehicle was coming got a call back that it had arrived and then didn't hear anything for days. Had an appt for a 7 am inspection (first appt of the morning).Checked on it after an hour and fifteen minutes. Still not ready. Finally complained after an hour and forty minutes. When I dropped it off I was offered a complimentary wash. I asked not to wash it, as I washed it the day before and I had to get to work. They told me the car was being washed and it would be a little longer. Received car and left being a bit frustrated with the length of an Inspection and the mix up of not following my directions. Can’t say much about service since it was only an inspection.

The salesman was very polite and did what it took to not have me there all day. That being said, there were some issues that I didn't forsee prior to buying my new vehicle. I am showing a list of things that I DID not write down so everything could have been thought out. 1. I did not ask if a 4wheel drive uses more gas than a 2 wheel drive. The answer is YES. In this time of increasing gas prices, I would have given second thought to purchasing it at this time. Also I didn't know that was something to be brought to my attention! 2. Because of the excitement, I failed to make absolutely sure I checked all compartments to retrieve my belongings. By the time I thought about it, the vehicle had been sold. 3. If the sales person says the vehicles are just alike make super sure you thoroughly know that as a fact. In my 2020 Ec0-Sport there were many perks that I do not have in my 2021 Eco-Sport. (ie) LIGHTING right under the sun visor, AMBIENT light that change the color INSIDE the suv, IMMEDIATEbackup alarm sounding when backing out in front of unknown vehicle, LIGHTING on the OUTER MIRRORS to alert side coming traffic. When you don't know to ask , you can't inquire. 4. Having written all my issues, I do like Diamond, which is what I call her. I hope this will help anyonelse that will be buying a new vehicle. Ordered Bronco on Ford website. Had zero communication from Dealership after placing order. Ford told me Bronco was being manufactured week of December 6th and car never showed up. Reached out to dealership and they had no information for me and said there was no one at Ford to talk to. Finally got a text early April that car arrived. Extremely frustrating experience!

This was my second time having work done at Planet Ford. First time at the Collision Center. Your staff is the most professional staff I have ever dealt with! At any dealership! The work was completed perfectly and also several days before the estimated completion. That is saying a lot in today's environment where dealerships are overwhelmed with work. My wife and I are full time travelers and we had not been able to wash my truck for quite some time. Needless to say the truck was filthy inside and out when we dropped it off. When we picked my truck up it had been detailed inside and out. I was surprised how clean it was. Your dealership saved me hours of detailing time. Thank You!!!!! Went in with a ffriend. All the sales people were inside. We asked about a used car, he stated go outside and look around if you see something come in and ask me about it. Lazy, I guess he didnt want to get all sweaty in the heat. We went to another dealership and purchased a car.. cash.. sorry Planet Ford.

This dealership adding ~$5,000 to the cost of a vehicle because of the "shortage." I guess if I was in the car business, I'd probably try to make as much money as possible, but I decided to buy a different brand of truck where that didn't add this fee. I couldn't be happier and I probably won't buy another Ford since they let their dealers do this. Just shows the dealer's character and what you can expect if you do business here. If they are this greedy, just imagine the high pressure once they start selling their warranty, insurance and probably a higher interest rate to boot. Stay far away from this dealer, you don't deserve this.

5 stars for Planet Ford Dallas!!! I walked in last Friday just wanting to look around and left a couple hours later with a new 2020 Edge. Joe D'Angelo was so conversational and not pushy at all. Starting with the car buying experience picking out the car was super easy and simple. I gave a few key points for what I wanted and the salesman showed me 2 different model types that he knew I would like, from there it only came down to style and this cherry red Ford focus had my eye the entire time! Test drive was comfortable and the salesman did a great job of explaining key features of the car and how it drove best during the test. Paperwork process was very well explained (as a first time car buyer this was a part I was most nervous for but he did a great time going thoroughly through the paperwork to let me know what all the legal information meant.) From there the service center has done a great job with ooo changes. The Works package is very affordable and gives an oil change, tops of fluids, rotates my tires, does a quick inside detail, and a car wash is included! Everyone is very helpful at this dealership no matter what their title is. I enjoy coming here and leaving my car in good hands!

I've bought several vehicles over the last 12 years and I've never left a good review on none of those dealers. There was some miscommunication when signing the documents and I didn't notice until 2 days later. I called the dealership to notify them of the error/dissatisfaction. Jeremy and Carlo made sure it was taken care of and I was a satisfied customer, sorry I didn't mean customer because they treated me like family. When it comes time for an upgrade I know for sure where I'll be going.

Requested an opportunity to come out and review the little Ford Transit want to be cargo van ?.. Then I get bombarded by the Internet Manager sending pricing, didn't request it.. but what was shocking is the price fixing $9500 above posted sticker on their website... again all I wanted was if possible to test drive... I believe they do NOT want anyone coming to their dealership unless you are willing to pay $10k above sticker... wow... it's a Ford, C'mon!! Better value out there, by far...

After a series of unfortunate events like a transmission failure(on a used 2018 Escape), a prolonged wait on service(shipping delay)and loaner car liability claim issue, I posted a negative review in frustration. I was quickly contacted and my issues were addressed. I didn't have to deal with Jonathan in loaner department after that so everyone was helping and courteous. Everything was covered by warranty, my Escape runs great, and Planet Ford provided complimentary loaner vehicles for 2 months and even replaced a flat tire.
