Edwin took such great care of us and the entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They had the truck we wanted brought to their Maple Shade location from Bridgeton by the next morning. It was ready for us to look at and drive right away. The car was in incredible shape, you can tell they take care of and stand behind their vehicles. The staff was all great and the building is clean and well kept. The process was quick and we left with our new truck as very happy customers. Would definitely go back again!

I purchased a really nice Nissan Quest through Edwinn and had a very enjoyable experience. When I drove the car home my check engine light came on. Normally that is where an argument occurs with a used car dealer. I called Edwinn and he told me to bring it right back and he would take care of it. He even provided me a loaner car right off the lot for free. There was an issue with the muffler and Charlie in service was amazing and repaired everything at no charge. That is how customer service is done with folks who really value your business. When my car was done they delivered it to my work in Vineland which is about an hour away and picked up the loaner car. Do not buy from this dealer, they are bottom of the barrel used car dealer over priced cars. They try to tell you the finance company requires you to purchase there extended warranty you do not have to. Do not trade a vehicle in her either if you still have a lien on it will never get paid and when you ask for the vehicle back they say oh we “scraped” the vehicle then when you ask who they had scrap they magically don’t know they definitely need to be shut down.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying or selling a car. Tom came out to my house and carefully appraised my 2006 6-speed manual transmission Tiburon then got me a fair price for it. He is a real pro--knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Zero pressure and all business. He explained the whole process in detail. I may have gotten a little more selling it privately but that would have been nowhere near the value of his taking care of everything and saving me a great deal of time and effort. Once I accepted the deal he wrote me a check and it cleared the very next day. I didn't even have to be here when they took the car away. Unless you enjoy putting ads on Craigslist and dealing with potential buyers and arranging for secure payments, I highly recommend him and VIP Auto Outlet.

Best used car buying experience I have ever had! Kevin and Lou exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and no pressure style. They were very reasonable with the price and also they did not try to bring up costs with hidden fees. I only paid about $400 for documentation fees and that was it. After the purchase, I noticed there was not remote for the DVD system and the tow hitch cover clips were in bad condition. Kevin shipped a brand new remote and clips to my home address. They do anything possible for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend VIP Auto Outlet for all car buyers. No wonder why there are so many positive reviews here.

Lou was my sales rep . What can I say one of the most professional non-sleazy like most car places you just think sleazy car salesman this is the opposite with this man this man is a class act all the way goes above and beyond to accommodate and literally delivered the car to my front door with the papers to sign it was all done in less than five minutes also was making arrangements for things like mats which were not in the car he’s treating me to those and also found a junkyard for my car that was hit by a deer. I recommend Lou as your sales go to man you won’t be unhappy! Oh and did I mention nobody could beat the prices . The car was thousands less for a 2017 mini Cooper with all the bells and whistle‘s I love it

(4 Stars will be 5 pending this situation) I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here, Lou and Edwin who I specifically worked with on this transaction were EXTREMELY helpful, went the extra mile to make sure I understood what I was getting myself into being the inexperienced young man I am. I purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0t it drove great on the test drive and everything. I DID pay extra for an Allstate basic care warranty 24,000/2 years with a $100 deductible. Sadly on the way home the car left me sitting, I was pretty racked up I had my pregnant girlfriend with me but Edwin answered my call immediately and handled the manner very professionally! Offered me a loaner and got a tow truck out there (I was about an hour and 15 away) within the hour! Made sure to call a local company to my location so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. After talking with Edwin I understood the car would be fixed FREE of any charge under their also FREE 20,000 Mile/60 Day warranty and they would deliver it to me 90 Miles away when it’s fixed for free as well! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle, even being so far away. If the situation is handled as they said it would be I will be updating this to a 5 star review immediately. Great staff, lovely selection of vehicles, family friendly! Edwin specifically is an MVP!! All around great person and even better to work with when buying a vehicle. Insists to make sure his customers are satisfied even after the purchase of the vehicle. My situations a little different from most but nonetheless Edwin is taking good care of me and my situation in a timely and professional manner. My husband was in search of a new truck, and needed it fast!! He came across a pick up, Ford Raptor, and immediately filled out an application online. The next morning they had called him, his application was approved, so they went over everything and gave him what he needed and how much his monthly payment would be, all within one phone call!! Kevin was great. I submitted a question online and Kevin called to see how he could help. When I went to test drive it, they were pretty busy. I was in and out in about an hour. Easily the best experience buying a car so far. I would recommend VIP to friends and family. Edit: After owning the car for five months, I've had to replace the following on my car: drive belt, "new" run flat tires, battery, alternator, ground cable, etc. I get daily errors with my car, and Mini still has yet to figure out what the issue is. In total I have spent around $4000 for service to my vehicle.

Buyer beware and go into everything with your eyes wide open! Make sure and do your research all the way through. The moment money is exchanged their customer service immediately stops. Lou Salvatore, who we dealt with, gives the impression of a very caring and helpful customer service oriented guy but after money is exchanged that ends. Earns the stigma of a used car salesman despite his profuse denials of such. This place sells dressed up junk. Highly recommend taking any vehicle to your own trusted mechanic before purchasing. I was in a pinch and purchased from out of state and am now paying for it. Have a car with multiple issues and has already broken down once. Cars are too expensive to risk buying from VIP Auto Outlet, trust me. Unless you enjoy form emails claiming they are the best dealer in NJ and every car they sell is awesome while completely ignoring any obvious issues then I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere. Edit: We were looking for a very specific vehicle that was difficult to find and so we grasped at straws against our better judgment. All too often reviews are posted in the “honeymoon” phase of a purchase without knowing its true quality. If you want honest reviews, trust the ones below that are coming back here saying they have thousands of dollars worth of repairs and inoperable vehicles. Additionally, Mark’s response clearly says all you need to know about their ethics and responses to problems- even 20 miles after purchasing a vehicle from them. Which by the way, the “repairs” were not disclosed until after sale and even then there were discrepancies on exactly what was repaired. You use your own judgment….

Lou is Awesome! I had been looking for this car for a while now and was ready to pull the trigger. I went to a certified dealer who had the car in blue. It was awful! AC didn't work, the front end had gotten hit and it was dirty inside! So I looked on line and there she was at VIP Auto Outlet!! I was a bit apprehensive of buying a car on line and not actually seeing it in person ( i live in MA) but Lou was great!! We did a face-time walk around and he showed everything about the car good and bad (not much bad BTW!) he sent over images of the tires, confirmed the brakes condition, sent over the car facts and was very informative all around! He changed the oil before delivery and it was no charge to bring me the car at over 200 miles away! The drivers showed up and were very nice as well.
