My experience with Debbie and Shelly! Greeted with a smile and was in and out in 5 minutes even the gentleman behind me was surprised he didn’t have to wait so long! Time is valuable and I may have paid a little extra but I didn’t have to take hours off of work to sit and wait! So I actually saved money! Great job gals for all you are doing for our community! M

The ladies at Village MVD took time to register my out of state truck, the local DMV made us wait almost an hour just to send us away saying we had to make an appt with the state trooper to check my vin #. The Village DMV took their time to find the vin and registered it with in a half an hour. They will always have our business.

Not what you expect from MVD! If these people can help you instead of that "other" place down the street, do it. They'll do this funny thing, called treating you like a person, it's awesome!

Village MVD is an outstanding place and such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I recently moved here from Texas, and they bent over backwards to help us make the transition. We had made several trips to the “other” place in town before finding out about Village MVD, and what a pleasure it was to finally do business with someone who treated you like a real human being, and not just a number in a system. Ive been making the mistake of going to the other place to register my vehicles. Never again!! I had the most pleasant experience here. Too bad you ladies don't do drivers license :(

It was an awesome experience to see so many sloths working in harmony (I DONT KNOW WHO MADE THIS POST/REVIEW AS IT WASNT ME, IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ME AS I WAS IN COUNTY JAIL A MONTH AGO, FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS ACTUALLY SO I APOLOGIZE TO THE STAFF AT VILLAGE MVD)
You obviously were not at Village MVD, as there are only two of us and we are very quick and efficient. My guess is that you were at the State MVD in Ruidoso Hi! I would sincerely appreciate it if you could either take the review down or change the star rating as we work hard to take care of customers quickly and efficiently.
