Gary is top notch and as of this moment the top customer service person I can remember ever running into. I leave feeling better every time I visit. I’ve made multiple purchases here. I see him treating every customer with incredible respect and friendly service. He speaks some 6 languages which he’s learned to connect with different customers. I feel like I’d love to hang around this shop just to pick up on how he treats customers as it’s rare. Even me who is always working in customer service, reading and learning, I consider Gary a master at the art. It sounds cheesy, but watching him work is like watching masterpieces be painted for me. The world would be better with more service people like him. It’s a small shop that seems family oriented. Art seems nice too but I’ve mostly dealt with Gary.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gary is a fair guy, who will not BS you. I’ve had them take care of some repair and cleaning for me and it’s always top work. I’ve also pawned a couple things a few years ago and it was always smooth transactions. Highly recommended these guys.

They will treat you with a respect and fairness not normally associated with pawn shops. I have done business with them several times in recent history and we have become really good friends, not just business acquaintances. I've notoriously had terrible experiences with pawn shops in the past but after my dealings with Victory Pawn, I'll never go to another place again. They're a privately owned company which means that there are no middle men and no corporate upper management trying to squeeze every dime out of you. They're built 100% on honesty and integrity and you'll feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. In the past I've dealt with pawn shops that are either part of a known chain or ones that have the appearance of a privately owned shop but had actually been bought out by nameless, faceless corporate investors. At Victory Pawn, you know who you're dealing with. Personally interacting with the owner gives you the added comfort that your items are in a safe place and this is due to the owner's personal conviction. Everyone there very polite and welcoming and always reassure you that your most prized possessions will be safely guarded and untampered with while in their care. The owner even showed me just where my items would be stored until I return to retrieve them. A couple of years ago I found myself in a tight spot financially. I had to pawn all of my most prized possessions just to put food on the table. To make a long story short, I ended up losing all but one item to the corporate shops I was dealing with. Some of those items were irreplaceable and were gifts from friends and family. Those shops made no effort to contact me before selling my items and, in one case, I lost a $2000 computer because the wording in the contract had a loop hole which they took advantage of. I showed up to retrieve my items only hours after they'd been sold. This would have NEVER happened at Victory Pawn. Communication is open and they make every effort to prove that they're there to help you when you're in need of funds. They'll even take into account your personal circumstances if you're willing to share your story. In my case, the owner even threw on an extra $50 on top of the loan amount so that I wouldn't have to struggle to find more cash to pay a past due bill. Everyone working there feels like a friend and they've even been kind enough to wait at the shop at closing time when I was stuck in traffic. As long as you communicate and deal with them honestly, the owners will do everything within their means to help you. I've had such a positive experience with Victory Pawn that I'd even drive miles out of my way to continue doing business with them. They're most certainly worth it.

This place is seriously the best pawn shop ever I swear!!!!!! They are not looking to give u a super high interest and a little loan or to own the things you loan. But they are honest good hearted people who really try and help you out whatever your situation is and I would never go to another pawn shop again

I had a great experience at Victory Pawn Shop! They offered me a very fair price, but what set them apart is customer service. My initial visit to them was my first time going to a pawn shop and I was a bit apprehensive, but they were great. They treated me respectfully and made me feel comfortable. The customer area of the shop is small but very clean. I had an opportunity to deal directly with Gary, the owner, and his son Art both really nice guys. I visited another shop after them and the other shop offered a comparable price but they were rude, so I came back. I definitely recommend them!
