Eric is the best! He was constantly communicating with us and even managed to close our loan a week earlier than anticipated. He handled every absurd question I brought his way with grace. Even as our new lender is transitioning to take over our loan, Eric is following up to make sure we have everything we need. We had a great experience with Eric at Victory!

Horrible! They don't answer phone calls. If they decide to, don't expect a call back. They don't submit paperwork in a timely manner at all. We went with them because that's who our sales person said they use but both him & this company have extremely poor communication. Save yourself headache, embarrassment & frustration & research a better team.

Absolutely the worst company you could use! The employees are lazy and clueless about mortgages. Bent over backwards to get all the paperwork required to find out on the last day our lender didn’t turn it in and went on vacation. An absolute joke of a company!!!

Victory Mortgage is a very good mortgage company to work with. I was very pleased with the process and speed of the loan officer Diane Rosenthal. She was excellent to work with. I would work with them again!!!!

Loan officer left company, now they won’t assign us a new one. Have thousands of our dollars, won’t give us any closing amounts, receptionist is only one who answers the phone, won’t let us talk to anyone else.
