    The past few months I’ve had car trouble and have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership getting to the bottom of it! Mike was my representative both times and he did a awesome job of explaining things and helping me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed! When it came time to pick up my car he walked me to my car and took the time to explain thoroughly what was all repaired and done. He is a very down to earth person with a great sense of humor, who goes the extra mile with his work ethic. Anyone I’ve dealt with from the front desk to service were all amazing and very helpful!     I had a wonderful experience buying a new car here. Mike was very knowledgeable regarding the car I was interested in purchasing. This is rare! He answered all of my questions and was able to get me the deal I had hoped for. 🤩 The financial paperwork was efficiently completed by Rich. He even made me laugh during the process. This was an enjoyable experience over all.

    Great place to buy/lease your next vehicle. Searched all over South Texas for my favorite vehicle, some dealerships had it but could not work with me. I'm in McAllen, my home dealerships didn't have any, so I had to inquire in SA, Corpus, Boerne, etc. I could not travel, was busy with work, family. These places required I travel in person to their dealership. Victoria Dodge did not. They worked diligently to appraise my trade, got me a fantastic quote. We worked the numbers and came to an agreement. They offered me heck of a deal that I just couldn't turn down. Victoria is 4.5 hours away. They came and dropped off my new truck and picked up my trade-in truck, signed the paperwork and now I'm the proud owner of a RAM Rebel. Would like to thank the professionals that helped me get my truck, Vanessa Z, Cristian C, their finance people and the driver that came to drop off my truck. Awesome place, will come back for my next truck.

    Don’t just walk …. RUN!! We have a truck that has been sitting on this lot for service since the last week of January with no communication as to the fix which is a sensor issue for the front bumper. Today, March 1st I received an email from service, after having to meet with the GM and our “service advisor” to even get them acknowledged my existence, saying that I will be able to pick my truck up on February 8th after I dish out over $3k. Nice try, but you failed to change your date on the diagnostic, and also to not allow the backdated input to send out an email to the customer you obviously forgot about for a month. I suppose to this facility lives by a “better late then never once the customer actually complains” creed. Thankfully we live near several cities that actually care about customer service. I miss Killebrew Dodge and the staff! A million dollar facility doesn’t change the need to take care of your customers.

    I'm visiting the area and needed some maintenance items completed and my cruise control diagnosed and repaired. I was given good scheduling options, honest time frames for work completion and up front pricing. I recommend this dealership. Also the dealership is clean, well maintained, excellent waiting area and good Wifi.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! Especially if you are out of town like we were. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership and I can’t stress that enough! From start to finish . I made sure we did the online application first, knowing we were a few hrs from this dealership. My credit was ran so my score was seen and I was told we still had bank approval for the truck that we were interested in getting. Upon arrival they re ran my credit and re did the application only to be told that we were only approved for HALF the amount of the Total price of the vehicle we were interested in and would have to find something else! I showed my online app and info and was told there was a mistake made in being told the numbers and given the online approval I was given and that they would reprimand the internet sales specialist. What good did that do me??? I spent my whole day on the road, with my young children in tow the whole time!!! I could go on and on but I’ll just cut it short by saying that it’s a classic bait tactic used to get you to come, and definitely no comparison in prices/salesmanship that you can get through your closest major city (Austin/San Antonio/Houston)

If a customer doesn't have the credit rating to approve for the vehicle they're wanting, there is not much we can do other than to offer a less expensive vehicle.     Beautiful new facility, very clean and huge inventory. Our salesman was Justin Smith, he was very helpful and patient with during the whole process. We left with a beautiful truck and an awesome experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Justin Smith as well.

    For months I have been looking for the Perfect truck for my family and with this crazy chip shortage going on there has been nothing anywhere other than overpriced basic trucks with no packages. Victoriadodge was definitely well stacked and I can say I had a long day of negotiating for the price I wanted but definitely was overall a great experience. Thanks to Skyler Boyd our salesman for being patient and taking the time to make sure we got the deal we needed. This guy is the real deal and still is checking in on us to make sure we’re enjoying our new truck. Glad I made the trip here versus buying close to home would’ve paid the same or more for a less valuable basic truck. Thanks again

    I wish there was a “Maybe” button for a recommendation. While I didn’t have a bad experience, per say, I didn’t have a great one either. The only reason I’m in the market for a new vehicle is because mine was totaled recently. Victoria Dodge was the only dealership who had what I was interested in (Jeep Wrangler). I was told that even though it was in transit, it should arrive “soon”. I filled out everything online as asked by internet sales. I brought documentation with me as asked. I drove over an hour to do business and do not feel like I received treatment other than I was just a “business transaction”. I had to repeat all of my information and after three hours in the dealership and I do not believe that my salesman had my best interest at heart. He didn’t fight for me or help negotiate anything. He didn’t ask what I was comfortable with or what could be done to ease the burden of the numbers coming at me. He was direct and forward with “These are your numbers and this is what we can do.” Again, I was just a business transaction, not a person doing business, apparently. So, now, I have a signed contract with numbers that I could likely get better at another dealership and I don’t even have my vehicle. I don’t even know an approximate time of delivery. I don’t even know where it is. I’m in a rental car for another two weeks and then I have nothing if my vehicle doesn’t arrive. Given the opportunity to make a different choice, I don’t know that I would have driven so far to CHOOSE to do business here.

    This company will lie and take anything from you they can! Don't care about you returning as long as they can make the sale. Baught a new truck from them over the phone. That was my first mistake. Told me my truck had everything I wanted. Sales manager said for an extra 200 bucks I could get blacked out plates. Get the truck it is not everything I asked for. 3 weeks later get regular texas plates. Call them ask for my 200 back and they say yes well mail ot to you. 3 weeks no check call again manager says I'll look into it and call you right back. That was 3 days ago! Sorry folks if you want to be nailed to a wall or lied to this is the place! Other wise drive 2 hours out of your way and go elsewhere! It will be worth your while!

    I bought a truck from them and they delivered it to me and the alignment is off I only had the truck a week and already need new tires. The side steps are loose and bent and the onstar don't work. So don't buy trucks online.now I got to figure out how to get off from work and try to get it fixed. I will never buy a another truck from them ever again online.

    I Had my vehicle serviced after being vandalized,and they replaced my fuel tank and fuel pump. 2 months later I started smelling gas because my gas tank dropped. My phone calls were never returned by the advisor and I was turned away even after telling them my gas tank was hanging from the bottom of my car and my fuel pump was leaking. The advisor then said that I was gonna be responsible for the repair after insinuating it was an act of vandalism again, instead of admitting and taking responsibility for doing a poor job of installing it.

With that said, there are many factors that can come into play for a repair to be necessary. We are always willing to diagnose the vehicle, but simply can't take someone's word of what the damage is and why it happened without the technician's diagnosis. We hope this makes good sense.
