I had high expectations after receiving multiple calls to come in and visit this dealership for my first time. Be transparent with your customers and you will get repeat business. I asked multiple times for itemized review of my purchase. Went over with finance the terms of agreement as I was explained once in there I could get all my questions answered. I kept asking may I have itemized visuals to see what the final deal looked like. Everything read off computer, made it seem as if adjustments were being made to suit me. After reviewing my purchase once I was in the comfort of my own home going over all the paperwork found added item I did not ask for but made have been added to benefit individuals. Integrity and transparency is needed at this location. I will be looking elsewhere for my next family vehicle.

My overall experience with Toyota Victoria was amazing! Linzy Eaton was great! As soon as I walked in he had that “I got you” attitude! For the longest I wanted to newer Toyota Camry and he got me in the newest one! I’m in love and I will b referring anyone to go to him!

Don’t waste your time! Called about a car and was told by the manger, Boyce, that it was still available. I made an appointment under my husband’s name for the next day (4/9/22) since we live 4 hours away. I made it very clear to the manger that I was not going to travel if the vehicle was already sold. I called 15 minutes before closing and was told that it was still available. Boyce told me that someone would call me in case it would sell. I arrived at the dealership the next morning and the car was “sold”, not to mention 2 other cars that were advertised online as well. I was offered another identical car for $5,000 more!!

10k market adjustment on tundras and told they will not budge. Also told all other Toyota dealerships were doing the same. A quick google search and that was discovered to be a lie. Can’t believe I wasted time here.

Very disappointed. I purchased a used car from them and the car presented a problem with the wheels 2 days after purchasing. I brought it in, and they "fixed" it. Turns out my wheels have been separating and that was causing unbalanced tires-- the issue that was resolved but the underlying issue was tire separation. I've confirmed with a tire specialist at another dealership and that is a possibility of why the wheels would have been unbalanced. Spoke with a manager, Mark, on the phone and instead of agreeing to pay for the problem that was presented when I bought the car, he tried selling me a NEW car! No way am I ever giving them business ever again. I will be sure to let my friends and family know how they do business.

Gouging people with market adjustments and putting over priced addendum‘s on a new car that you don’t want. Should be up to me what dealer options I put on my vehicle not paying over priced dealer markup for addendums. Along with advertising prices on a vehicle that is in transit but can’t give you a definite day of arrival. Having cars marked in stock on there web page that are not. I hope everyone remembers these dealers that try to take advantage of people through these difficult times. I will I assure you and will not ever sit foot in that dealership again.

Peter was my salesman for my purchase of a 2018 Highlander and I was very pleased with my experience. I explained the issues I was having w/ other dealerships and he got me in & out in less than 4 hours. He will work with your deal but will be blunt and honest which I appreciate very much. They were low staffed but made sure no one was left unhelped or ungreeted which i appreciated very much as well someone can be super busy but made sure youre taken care of!

Very misleading with their online pricing. I was looking at a vehicle that was marked down as a $2,800 off MSRP. Then when I call to enquire about it was told that price did not include a $10,000 market adjustment, plus another $1,900 in other fees. We all know there are market adjustments going on right now, understood and not unusual, but other dealerships generally include this, and certainly don't mark a car down in price, when there is a significantly larger markup hiding in the background.
Tomas, every vehicle has pricing that is uniquely based on options, rebates, etc. In this case, we're not sure what was discussed, however know that we work very hard in providing the most competitively priced inventory in the industry. Please understand we value you as a customer.

They agreed to hold a truck for me and when I got there (after a 4 hour drive) it was sold. They’ll say whatever to get you to come in. Do not drive there if your coming a long ways.

I have never had any issues with this place until today! Very disappointed I received a recall notice that said to contact dealership right away about a recall to get scheduled to get it fixed and they refused to do anything because “it’s still in the beginning stages” so basically I wait until my truck or someone else’s catches on fire before they will do anything about it?! And what was supposed to be my free oil change ended up having to be paid for because now it matters that’s it’s not taken at the exact mileage they wanted it at when it never mattered before?! Just overall upset I used to brag on this place and how amazing everything was up until today!

This Toyota location is a joke. 4:15pm, Spoke to sales woman Laura Garcia at 4pm today looking to purchase a 2022 Toyota corolla LE over the phone as they "have vehicle in stock". Puts me on the phone with her manager Mark who want me to come in and test drive and pick options. Didn't want to but gave in. Driving to Victoria from corpus Christi. Mark calls me at 6:12 pm verifying I'm on my way and if I need help to locate the dealership. I as sure him im 45 minutes away. Arrive at 7:03pm all is good. Laura not there and given different salesman. He advises me all the Toyota Corolla were sold this morning. I guess the salesman and managers aren't aware of there own inventory. I asked to speak to the manager as I was being pushed off that he was busy. I them went to his office where he was just sitting. I knocked on the window to call him out. I asked why was I advised to drive to test and buy a vehicle they didn't have in stock knowing I was there to take one home. Now I realize why Laura the original sakes lady didn't stick around d to deal with this shady sales trick. Very disappointed!!!!!!! Disgrace!!!! They did however put gas in my vehicle to drive home extremely upset.
Joseph, the Toyota Camry doesn't stay on the lot for long, so we can understand all the reasons why you would want to purchase this award-winning vehicle. If we didn't have what you wanted, we were glad to pay for your gas back. We would hope that would be considered into the overall rating of the review. BEWARE! BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Victoria a few years back and was pushed into buying an extended warranty by them giving me a 100% money back guarantee if I never used it. I made sure to get it in writing. When we went back into claim my refund of the $2600, they kept giving us the run around for a total of 4 weeks, then told us we had to have the vehicle in their shop to be checked out, so we did. Their own mechanic stated and recorded that the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle was that it needed new tires and was going to need new brake pads soon. So, long story short. They came up with every way possible not to refund me! Even though I have it in writing! They even had the odasitity to tell us that there was a $150 charge for inspecting the vehicle. Of course we refused to pay it. Then they claimed that there were multiple problems with the vehicle! We have a copy of the mechanics notes and spoke to him personally and that is a lie! We found out that the dealership, itself gets to keep the extended warranty money when they coerce someone into purchasing it.. I REFUSE to do business with liars and crooks, and that's exactly what they are!
Michele, this review is simply inaccurate in almost every way. Items like tires and brakes are not covered under any warranty. Keep in mind that we have no issues doing warranty work, as we get paid on the deal from the manufacturer or other warranty company, and you the customer comes out ahead. It is a true win/win.

I am in the market for a vehicle, but not ready to buy at this moment. Mr. Jamie DeSanno was VERY helpful, not pushy at all and allowed me to try out each of the models I was interested in while answering questions. I will never return to this location. I went in to have my tires looked at because my low pressure light came on. They said “we can air them up or if you would like we can check them.” Well I had an appt and said check them. Why would anyone just get air? After 2 hours, they said they couldn’t repair the tire due to the way the nail went into the tire. Mind you, it was straight in and in the middle of the crown and not the side wall. I was already frustrated for waiting a lot longer than I was told and then no repair completed. I went to discount tire, where I should of went all along and they showed me the plug that Toyota used and the patch that they tried to add as well. Toyota messed my tire up by using a plug that was too big and then tried patching it. Which in turn caused it to continue to leak air. They didn’t even sand the inside of the tire correctly where the patch was placed and the manager at discount was able to pull the patch and plug off with his hands. That should not happen! Long story short, this Toyota dealership will lie to make sales and then will wave you off when you disagree with their findings. They refused to repair the tire and they would disagree that the botch job they did wasn’t theirs. Always go to Discount Tire and do not go to this Toyota Dealership for anything unless you wanna get ripped off!! Should have a negative rating option!

The employees that I've dealt with are nice people. My advice is to never take your vehicle there for maintenance. I have been dealing with damage to my car caused by their excuse of ( UNEXPERIENCED/NEW) Technicians. It has taken months to finally have my car repaired.

Issue: I've received phone calls from Toyota and politely asked them to remove my phone number from their call log. Well after the 24th time of them calling I wasn't as pleasant. I spoke with Delle and asked her to remove me once again, and mind you I'm done being polite, she began to laugh at the situation. I called and asked for a manager and she was so unprofessional as well. I want someone to contact me so we can resolve this situation. My next call will be to the BBB for harrassment. Had a bad experience with this place. They tried the bait and switch. Asked for information about a truck on their website and was told they had the truck at the lot. I agreed to travel there the next day to see about buying it. The ride was one and half hours long. They call the next day to see if I was going to make the appointment. I told them I was half way there they said ok and that they would be waiting for me. When I got there I met three people. The salesmen tells me that they had just sold the truck the night before. I just got up and walked out. They could have told me that on the phone and saved me some time and gas money. They still have the truck listed on their website for sale the next day. So they are not honest

I had one of the best experience at Toyota of Victoria..Scheduled an oil change and the wait was going to be an hour and a half..Not really wanting to stay around they offered me a shuttle to anywhere I want to go. The driver wish I would of got his name came to pick me back up before I called him..The front desk lady was super sweet..Was impressed by the level of customer service..

For the past 8 months I have been in the market for looking to get into a new car. Several different lots and always told I couldn’t get one With my credit not being to well and no way of having a co-signer. My service advisor was Nick Franco. He was very helpful and kept me updated on my service progress. When he advised, that I needed alignment, I declined thinking my tire place would take care of it. He told me, he didn’t think so, but that was okay. I found out he was right, when I called my tire place. The tire place gave a couple of names of places that would probably be less expensive, but since Nick had not pressured me to make a decision right away, I wanted to give the job to him. He treated me with respect. I want him to know I appreciate it!

The people at the dealership made us feel very unimportant and inconvenienced to them with our presence. The wait time to get a simple fluid flush was three hours inexplicably. The 2 years of service that was included in our vehicle purchase is a non perk at the level of quality we received after the sale and is a reflection of the unscrupulous nature of the people that work in the service area and their standards and practices. One would do better to pay someone else to quickly and more effectively get a simple task done opposed from waiting so long to receive so little. Although our ask were small from the dealerships their standards are low quality such as promising to vacuum the vehicle and not vacuuming the vehicle. They explain their lack of quality on a lack of workers which from a business isn't a valid reason just an excuse for lack of accountability. It's evident that Toyota dealer the Victoria location in particular standards and practice are a front for poor service because once you they have your sale they don't have to puff their chest to impress you anymore.

AVIOD this Dealership at ALL costs. DO NOT COME HERE. This place is full of lying managers and sales people. Drove from Austin to complete a deal we agreed on. Once I got there the lies began. Ross the used car manager, Marc the sales manager both are liars and DO NOT honor their word. Their word is worthless. Will be submitting a complaint to TxDMV for the deceptive trade practices that are happening at this dealership. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO!!!!!
Sarah, this review simply isn't accurate or fair. We do not lie to customers. There are numerous reasons a deal discussed over the phone can change once we start putting numbers on paper. A customer's credit score, trade-in value, down payment amount, added options are just a few. We are happy to honor anything we agree to, but it's critical the numbers match up to anything discussed.

The wait was a little long, but I did go to service on a Saturday which I expect to be busy. The staff was very nice and my car looked and ran great afterward! Another customer was very displeased while I was there waiting and despite how inconsiderate he was, Alicia and the staff were polite and did their best to respond to his complaints.

Drove over three hours for a vehicle. Came in off the internet price with a dealership discount that I spoke with a salesperson about. I also made them aware I had my own financing and was assured this wouldn’t be a problem. I get to the dealership and not only Is there a $2k fee of dealer options but they also wouldn’t honor the price they have it listed for with the discount. Also, maybe tell Mack not to tell people y’all don’t want our business with outside financing. He is the one who said that word for word. Maybe he should move back to finance🤔

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my new car. Totally in love with it! But all these salesmen had one thing in mind: making a sale. I told these guys several times I was NOT ready to buy a car. Yet I was pressured into buying the car because they refused to take no for an answer. The only person I felt comfortable with was the intern. They did give me all the information needed which was nice, but I did not feel comfortable there what so ever. This was my first time buying a car, and it was not the best experience...

However, we want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. We have to admit that when customers sign, they always seem happy, and you were no exception to that. I have experienced one of the poorest car buying experiences at this dealership. They force you to buy their Apex GPS for an absurd $2000 initial price before haggling and won’t make a deal unless you use their Toyota Financing at an absurd interest rate. Vehicle price was good but the head of sales (back room numbers guy) and support have been terrible. This dealership is part of Keating Auto Group and I’ve had poor experiences at several of their Toyota dealerships. I would not buy another vehicle in the future from a dealership owned by Keating. On the other hand, I've had great experiences at non-Toyota dealerships who are simply trying to sell a car and don't strong arm you to buy things.
Adam, please understand we don't force anyone to buy anything. There are instances where value-added options are suggesting in the purchase, but even then we likely beat the pricing of a comparable vehicle without the options. You mentioned the great price, and we take a lot of pride in offering the best deals around. We're sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your experience, but please know we had your overall happiness in mind when making the deal.

Toyota of Victoria has always been a very professional and courteous establishment. Anytime I've had to take in my car, they've been able to look at it quickly and diagnose what was wrong with it in a timely manner. My Toyota wasn't bought from this location, but my next might be. Even on their busiest days, I never feel like they're trying to rip me off or pull one over on me.

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment to see a vehicle and supposedly magically disappeared. They have a website that is a sham. Called me multiple times and I drove so far. For nothing. Very unprofessional people .. why would I lie. Most disorganized Toyota dealership I’ve visited.
We have no record of this person entering our dealership. With that said, vehicles get sold from our lot on a daily basis. If there was a lack of communication, we can certainly address that.

I visited this dealership in anticipation of purchasing a used "luxury " vehicle. From the start everyone was courteous the receptionist offered me water and someone even opened the front door for me. After the test drive, we began price negotiations. I informed the salesman, who was just as polite, I was already pre-approved for a loan. I was told if we were to agree on the best possible price I would need to utilize their financing, otherwise an additional $2k would be added to final agreed upon price. I have very good credit, so I accepted. Once the finance person, who was also very professional, presented the loan terms I learned that the interest rate would be 4.49%, so much for my 785 credit score. Yes, you can refinance the loan, after 4 months. I obviously wanted the car so I accepted. Upon leaving I was given the the key fob. When I inquired about the 2nd one, the salesman told me the car was traded in with only one ( there goes another $250 to buy a 2nd one, thanks Mr salesman) I'm sure this is a great place to buy a new car ( and get a good interest rate) as I've read plenty of good reviews. I just want buyers of used cars to have full disclosure on their financing terms, it may change your mind. Also make sure there are at least 2 sets of keys. Update-4/9/21--We had a minor-ish issue with the vehicle and both the GM and the salesman reached out and were very polite and helpful in getting it resolved in a timely manner. Thus modifying my rating to an extra star, only because you cannot do half a star. Thank you gentlemen.

I was disappointed with service of my car. The reason why because I made this appointment about an month ago. And yesterday when I went to the appointment they said it was going to take 2 hours. For a recall on my airbags. So went to lunch with a friend and I came back after 2 hours later still not ready because they don’t have a part they needed. So Toyota was going to get me a rental. But I couldn’t get because my car only had liability insurance. My car is 2007 so it don’t need a full coverage. I understand that I need full coverage because I was going leave it over night. But it was suppose be ready long time ago. Y’all had an moth to get part. So that why I give 2 stars. Sorry.

My morning doctors appointment in Victoria was postponed to another date so since i was already just down the street from Victoria Toyota I came in a few hours early today ( my oil change was scheduled for 2:00 PM) to see if they could squeeze me in so I could get home early. They advertised the car online at one price but wouldn’t sell it at that cost. They tried to come up with excuses saying they can’t post that extra cost on the website. They first offered me over 8% interest on a brand new car. When I said something they were like oh let me see...then dropped it to 4%. When I still said that was outrageous bc my used car I currently had was at that interest rate. The finance guy when to his computer and fake plugged away and was like ahh look I got you 0% now. Basically this place tries to screw you any which way they can and tack on extra cost. Sales guy was great though.

The service advisor was very good. However, the mechanic you drove my vehicle from the garage to the front was on the horn from the time he pulled out to he got up front. He left a big plastic bag in the passenger seat and the transmission shifter handle was twisted to the right. A service advisor who was outside even noticed how the mechanic was laying on the horn as well and mentioned the survey to me. Very disappointed in the service of mechanic.

We would never go back to Toyota of Victoria. Our Toyota was purchased under Blackwood….. they were great. We were charged $1700. for what turned out to be a recall & they will not give us our money back! Fighting with them for 4 months & still didn’t give our money back. Making us send this paperwork to Toyota…. Did that , wait 6weeks went back, oops wrong paperwork, send this in….. did that , wait 6 weeks….. nothing. Called Toyota Corp. said warranty picked up that bill, shouldn’t even paid for that! Toyota of Victoria denied that! Gave us a case #, now fax info to this number…… did that, wait another month…… nothing! Had to involve Better Business Bureau. Still don’t care!😡 Just give us our money back!
Pat, it sounds like your issue is with other companies outside of Toyota of Victoria. We work tirelessly to be honorable, but it sounds like multiple companies are involved here.

Very disappointing. I have owned Tundras for decades and recently moved from central Texas. I selected Toyota of Victoria because of its 4.5 rating. I came in for 10k oil change which took over 2 hrs. Our service writer was not to be found and when I get the truck back Oil was leaking from the skid plate. In all my previous Toyota interactions has this never occurred. The serve tech cleaned it up but it should not have happened. I cannot recommend this place for service

I would not recommend doing business with Toyota of Victoria. Their customer service is terrible. Saying I should’ve got my tax return in already, and saying what’s the deal? I came to an agreement with my salesperson and financial advisor that I had to wait on my tax return to make the down payment, and they agreed that it was ok. The manager tried to undermine me and say that the reason I wanted to terminate the deal was because I wasn't gonna get the money for the down payment when I made sure and reiterated that it was because of the rude phone call I received. To know that the manager knows of the rude customer service, and just laughs about it, makes it even worse in my eyes. The manager even tried to pull the lawsuit card against me.

My keys to my own vehicle were held and they did not want to give them back to me. I told them I just wanted to see what my trade in value was and that’s all I was doing. I went with them in the car and they got the information they need from car and did not need to do anything else with my car. I was warned about this happening by several people but did not think people would have the audacity to do this. My niece busted her head open on the planter in their playroom and we need to leave immediately so I can tend to it. They knew I needed to leave to tend to her head and held my keys. They only gave the keys back when they saw I was going to take one of their vehicles on the lot. I will never return.

Let’s start off by saying I love my vehicle and my sales rep DJ as well as the gentleman man who assisted with my finance was superb. However, I have entered the facility 2 times and not once did I feel like a valued customer, just standing and waiting to be acknowledged when it wasn’t busy was very uncomfortable. At one encounter I entered and there was a gentleman head down in a cell phone and another who stepped out of his office walked by me standing in the middle and didn’t even say good morning or asked if I needed assistance. Again I love my vehicle but the customer service NEEDS to be better.

Great service! Employees are always very friendly when I drop my 4 Runner off for routine maintenance. Today, I dropped my vehicle off to have a recalled part replaced. They estimated the service could take up to four hours. It took much less than estimated. Quick and easy! I asked for a rental so I could run errands. There was an issue with my insurance, but Venus went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the rental car so I could run errands instead of waiting there. I have been very happy with my experience with Toyota of Victoria.

I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment. Service Rep said there were 3 cars ahead of me, so it would be about an hour and 45 minutes & asked if that would be ok because we were waiting for the car. I said yes. It took them less than an hour to perform the 15K service. My kids were especially excited because they didn’t want to spend that much time at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly!

Absolutely the worst I could imagine. I took my truck in for routine maintenance that I didn’t have time to do myself. Got my truck back with other random issues, unrelated. Wife took her car in for airbag recall, came back with several rattling parts. And this was the second time that car went in, and came back with unrelated issues. My mother took her van in, came back with more issues, also, unrelated. Avoid Toyota Of Victoria like the plague for any service/maintenance. I have not bought a vehicle from them. But obviously that is not very likely, based on my experiences with their service department. You have been warned.

Purchased my first vehicle and they made me never want to go through the process ever again. After doing paperwork I returned to pick up my vehicle and was told there was a problem with the paperwork and I would have to resign everything. We were told they would send someone out to me because they didn’t want me to have to wait since they were busy. They had someone drive out to me with the new paper work I had to sign, when I asked questions the man replied “I know nothing about any of this, I’m just the driver”. Once I got copies in the mail, I had many questions about certain charges/add ons. The finance department has a big issue and will sneak anything and everything to make sure you pay more. I called multiple times trying to get ahold of Nigel or anyone at all that would help. I would get put on hold and then eventually hung up on. I continued to call and was finally able to leave a message and asked to please return my call (which was never returned). I then decided to drive over a hour to get someone to talk to me. After talking to Nigel and a manger we were pretty much told that their employee Nigel would never make a mistake in explaining paperwork (which he most certainly did, or I wouldn’t have been complaining). Nigel claims that he was able to lower my interest rate by adding on the cost of a warranty BUT when he told me the lower interest rate I hadn’t even picked what warranty I wanted, so how would he have even done that?? He made it seemed like he did a good thing by lowering my rate when all he did was make my loan total HIGHER by adding a warranty before even asking which warranty I wanted to pick from. I can’t even be happy with my new vehicle because I’m so disappointed in how we were treated. Something that should’ve been an exciting experience turned into never wanting to buy a vehicle again.

I had an 8:15am appointment for a vehicle inspection and after waiting for close to an hour I was informed the system was down. I know that the system issues were not their fault but I should have been told when I got there not an hour later. I’ll find somewhere else to take my Toyota Tundra.

Been 4 months since cash purchase of a car from here. Still haven't received title or plates for my boyfriend's car. They just keep giving him a new paper plate and more excuses as to why he hasn't received either. Was told this morning he would have actual plates this evening. This evening was told it would be tomorrow.

My wife and I went to Toyota of Victoria in desperate need of two vehicles. We’d already tried our luck with several other dealers and knew the market was rough. I booked an appointment for an oil change only and it took 2 hrs to get my car back. The staff and everyone I worked with was very nice and friendly. I just don't understand why it took so long. If you're going just for an oil change I'd recommend going to one of the quick lube places around town.

I am writing this review to inform others of the unethical practices going on at Toyota and to warn others that while stereotypes you hear about car sales don’t apply to everyone in the business, Boyce Garcia and Joshua Smith at Toyota do in fact fit the stereotype to a T. My post is very lengthy and too much to fit into this Google review, but you can read all the details of our encounters on their FACEBOOK page. ****To summarize things Boyce Garcia sold us a 4Runner with an MSRP of 45k for 60k instead to make up for what they said they were going us for our trade (if you were to compare the jacked up price of our new SUV to what we owed on our traded, he basically stole our Suburban) once this came to light and we chose not to have the seats installed to a vehicle we already overpaid for, Boyce Garcia and Josh Smith refuse to honor the contract and refund the overpriced amount they charged us for the interior.
Alicia, we simply can't accept the claims made on this review. We stand by our position that we are competitively priced, and this includes additions and value-added options being applied to vehicles.

The service department at Toyota of Victoria is awesome! I have an older vehicle and they always give me great service and keep my vehicle running great. Michelle and Ryan are amazing service advisors. They get me in quick for repairs and they keep me updated on what is going on with my repairs. I will definitely buy another Toyota when it is time for a new vehicle because I can always depend on good service for maintenance and repairs there.

This dealership is built on lies, I came in wanting to check out a few vehicles they had posted on there website. When I arrived none of the vehicles that I was told were available were there. After looking and looking it didn’t seem anything they had online was available in store except a very few. I see some reviews about bait and switch it’s 100% true. I’m sure owner will Respond that this isn’t true! I will be keeping my business in Corpus Christi AutoNation they took great care of me. The deals are NOT real at Toyota of Victoria!
We ask that this review be removed, as it is simply an endorsement of another store. The reviewer is claiming we have no vehicles on the lot that we advertise, and that is simply inaccurate. When vehicles get sold, there are times when the advertisement remains up for a limited time. With that said, claiming our way of life is built on lies is slanderous and false.

There should be zero stars, perhaps a negative rating. I dealt with three different sales people in two visits. Every time had the same outcome. They waste my time and test my patience using a bait and switch method. They advertise a specific vehicle to get you in. Upon arrival they try selling you something else while pretending what you initially came for isn't there. Don't waste your time or gas money!

I took my truck in for its 15K service. I was told by my service agent Ahmed that the service would take approximately 35 minutes, which took almost 2 hours. I never saw my paperwork or got the particulars of the service, but because “I didn’t have time” and they would just mail them to me. I never signed off on anything. The actual service was fine, and usually my experience is stellar, I was just at the mercy of an inexperienced service agent.

Went to Toyota after receiving a price sheet with a quote on it that fit my budget. Scheduled an appointment and went in to the dealership to do paperwork and get my new vehicle. Me "hello yes I'm calling to see if this make and model listed on your site is available on site today?" Them "yes it is, would you like to come take a look at it?" Me "yes definitely but again just wanted to double check, because I'm in Houston 2 hours away and don't want to waste anyone's time" Them "yes it is, I'll send you pictures of it" When I arrive, I'm told that the car was not available because it had been ordered for someone else, and they would have to ask for permission from the original customer to offer it to me. Shockingly we were allowed to negotiate for it, but that experience alone totally soured my impression of this business. Not going to bother looking here again. EDIT Response to owner response: You got lucky and the person who ordered the car gave the go ahead. What would your game plan have been if they said no? That was the only model of that particular vehicle you had in stock. I drove two hours to check it out because you assured me it was available, and in reality it wasn't. I didn't even mention this in the first part of the review, but it also sure was nice that the advertised price on your website did not reflect what I was quoted when I got to the store. During the negotiations, you told me it was going to be approximately $2500 more expensive (before taxes and fees) because of "add ons" that you placed on the vehicle after receiving/listing it on your website, and that I would need to pay to have them removed. I'm sure there are legal loopholes that prevent this from being actual, technical false advertisement, but I checked with 4 other dealers in the Houston area after this, and their prices matched what they had listed on their sites. You are a disingenuous business and I look forward to never working with you again. I advise others to do the same, especially given your lame response to my legitimate issues.

It's a dealership. I didn't buy my Tacoma there but they do honor Toyota warranty and recalls. I've had good experiences there. Employees are friendly. I have no complaints. I've worked jobs in the past and from my experience. I see these Dealership employees doing thier jobs well and making a living.

Just bought a car on Christmas Eve, after being given outrageous offers then I had the car for 24 hours and had to go back to service the lights in the car. They wouldn’t even try and figure it out and said I bought the car “as is”. The salesman Brittan informed the manger and the manager said to just bring the car back then, and Brittan hung up on us. Prior to that, we agreed on a payment and when we got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t what they said. This dealership does not keep their word and are NOT transparent but just trying to get a deal and get you out the door. We couldn’t get help after having the car 24 hours, they just washed their hands of us and just cared that the car is off the lot. DO NOT GO HERE if you want true genuine salesmen or management.

The dealership is working very hard to take care of its Toyota owners. Upon rolling up in service line for an unscheduled oil change, I was greeted in a friendly manner by a service employee whom got me a small bottle of water while I waited to be introduced to the days Service consultant. (Michelle). Everyone operated professionally and communicated well. The waiting rooms are very nice with lots of places to sit, with cookies and drink. The restrooms are very clean and modern. I waited less than an hour. My service professional greeted me again to explain the overall status of my vehicle and to payout. Nice and smooth experience, today. I was very pleased. Thanks!!

It was a lack of communication from the service advisor. My camry was pulled in line with the other vehicles.I was waiting to be instructed on whether my Toyota was finished. I waited for another 15 minutes but no one approached me. Finally I walked inside and spoke to the cashier. He had to call someone to find out if my camry was finished. I was informed that my service advisor went to eat lunch. I think I deserve another complimentary service for the lack of communication from the service department.

Was charged for a oil change that was promised to be free over the phone and at drop off. Ended up not being free and service advisor tried charging me 80 for his simple mistake. He believed I was under a service plan without properly checking the mileage and when the vehicle was sold. Even though I ended up paying 40 this should not have charged me anything. Service advisor made a mistake and should be liable for is actions. He shouldn’t not have promised it was free and if anything he is a post to say no charge. I probably won’t come back due to the unprofessional attitude of letting customers eat the simple mistakes that employees make.
