As a first time home buyer I really appreciated the experience that I had with Vic as my loan officer. I benefitted from his "mortgage 101'" overview that he provided during our initial chat, it was clear that he values informing people about their options and works hard to find the best rates--this all made it easy for me to choose Vic to work with! I had such a great experience working with Vic and his loan processor, Althea. Vic was super busy at the time because everyone is refinancing, but always picked up the phone and had time to explain things and discuss options. Communication was clear and concise from both Vic and Althea, they were both helpful and friendly, and they both worked very hard to get our loan processed in lightening speed. We just completed our second round of real estate refinancing with Vic, and the loans and terms that he found were better than we expected. He has a great general knowledge of the bond and mortgage markets (I say this as an economics professor who teaches in this area), and a great practical ability to shop for the best lenders that met our complex borrowing needs. His online document loading and signing process is super easy and efficient, and he always responds immediately to email, text or telephone--even if away from his office. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I can't imagine a better mortgage consultant!

We had an amazingly smooth and successful experience working with Vic during the purchase of our home. We were first referred to Vic over 5 years ago through one of our best friends. Vic explained the loan application process and had us prequalified easily for our first home offer that we, fortunately, did not end up buying. When we found our dream home in December of 2020, we reached out to Vic again, and despite him being amid packing for a well-deserved diving vacation in Hawaii, he answered our questions and found us the lowest interest rate with low closing costs. I can't speak highly enough of my experience working with Vic and his team on a refi that closed early this month. Vic provides fantastic rate comparison spreadsheets that lay out loans of various lengths with no or various points, which helped me to consider my options and get exactly what I wanted.
