No respect when I go this Bank of America! He is Name ( Nathan ) when I setting the castmer sitting he doesn't care!!!!

This is probably the worse boa I’ve been to in the 20 years of banking with them. Worst customer service in the state.

Worst experience of my life. Waited in line for about 45 mins because they only keep 1 teller window open, despite the fact that there were SIX employees working that day that were literally doing nothing. People began to get agitated so I asked the manager why they wouldn't open another teller window and I was told "Waiting in line is a choice, and that's the choice YOU made.." After telling me this, her and the other employees continuing doing nothing, and laughed and made fun of other customers that were coming in and leaving due to being treated rudely. I would NOT recommend this place and I strongly dislike the way that manager treated myself and others in line.

I live literally on the next block from this branch and go out of my way to avoid going inside. This morning there is a line going OUT THE DOOR and only a single teller available while there are five nickel slick brothers in suits standing around literally doing nothing yet apologizing for the delay. It seems to me corporate need to audit this location and trim the fat off of the "management" team the service is severely lacking.

This branch profiles. I tried to pay my credit card bill with a check, using the card itself and they refused to take my payment. Why? According to corporate the manager of THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH has decided they need to see your ID just to make a payment. I did NOT ask any questions about my account, nor did I try to change any info, just pay my bill inside rather than stand in the rain outside. They absolutely refused. Other branches don't ask, just this one. Awesome profiling, some of the worst customer service ever. Never go inside.

The college Ave branch is so much more accomidating! A security guard that communicates is a great start? At four pm gurad didn't let me in... I thought crowd control , he saw me standing there then a woman standing behind me. She was handicapped and wanted to go in and sit down and wait... he finally said they were closed! Hire people with common sense, that can give relevant Information so people aren't wasting there time! Closing at 4 is another issue in itself!!!

Worst Customer Service! No Customer Acknowledgement NO Respect For 95 Year Old DISABLED Blind Person With Attendant @ Handicap Window Teller. Waiting for 14 Minutes While Several Customers Were Serviced While Manager Walked By 6 Times Eye Contact Never Greeting Customer😠😡 A SAD INSTITUTION!!!

Customers service is always too slow, the employees seem overwhelmed with the number of customers waiting. Lines are always too long -- on average I usually spend an hour waiting to be helped. They really need more cashiers. Corporate can save money in other ways, not compromising their customer service.

The employees are very kind and helpful, deserve to get paid more. Thier employer's however clearly have no idea what they're doing as the atms go down all the time, even when no one is inside to act as a teller.

This branch..emm..they put one illiterate teller with his another so called supervisor or whatever. They have no knowledge of customer service. I asked for my few thousands in cash, they tried to treat me as if I’m stealing my own money. Having my pin and credit card/ID confirmed they couldn’t believe their naked eyes flipping my cards now and then seven times before they hand me my cash. Ridiculously subhumans.
