Vibrant Credit Union 16th St, Moline

We switched from Wells Fargo to Vibrant and every interaction has been amazing. We have now refinanced 3 vehicles, a camper and our mortgages. Our oldest recently turned 16 and needed an account so we set one up with Vibrant for them. Most of our interactions have been with Clarissa. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about what the bank offers. She was helpful and easy to reach through all of our transactions. It's employees like her that make Vibrant great. We are very happy to be Vibrant customers.

Have been banking with vibrant for over 10 years. Tried to get a refinance loan on my motorcycle, and they offered the highest rate out of anywhere in town. Ended up going to a Sentra, and got over two points lower than vibrant was offering. Missed one payment on one loan, as I was dealing with the death of my mother. Told me they couldn’t, or wouldn’t go back and erase the one late payment.

Drew worked with me right away. We were able to problem solve and get me taken care of the next day. He helped with several questions I had and made sure we weren't finished until all my questions were answered. Definitely a great car loan experience.

So far my experience with Vibrant has bee professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them. I wish I had know about them sooner. Very pleased with the loan that they have offered me.

I worked through a refinance on a current loan I had with Vibrant Credit Union. The loan officers were quick to perform an analysis of all my options for a refinance. The communications were fast and through all the current methods like email, phone and text. I felt they were wanting to work with me, but not make the event seem like a pushy sale. Every person I spoke with interacted as if they were doing this for me, not Vibrant. The entire process took less than 3 weeks from my call to closing. This was over the Christmas/New Year period, so I was amazed.

My experience with Vibrant Credit Union was every bit of a star experience. The entire process was as easy as 1 2 3. I worked on 4 deals total moving some of my credit to Vibrant. Both Amanda and Clarissa were awesome and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Vibrant. THANKS!!!!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR KEEP YOUR MONEY AT HOME! By far the WORST credit union. I have had nothing but bad experiences and borderline fraudulent practices from this company. They have horrible customer service. They are so comfortable with this behavior that they seem to be encouraged by management to have horrible attitudes. They just ignore you when you point out that something they do is different that what they original promise you to get you in the door. They do not care about their customers and will go out of their way to find ways to take advantage of you but will not go out of their way for any positive reason. If I could go back in time i would never have picked vibrant for my loan or personal banking. They were great in the beginning then did some restructuring and seemed to have fired everyone good that worked there. Now nothing left but miserable rude people that dont care.

I’ve always enjoyed the professionalism and attention Vibrant has always shown me when I’ve needed they’re help. Again they have been there when I needed a solution to my consolidation issues. Way to go Vibrant. You guys rock.

Banking with vibrant has been very pleasing for the past few years I’ve been a part of the credit union. The service they provide from insurance, loans and common banking needs have really been stress free.
