Miguel and the team at the San Antonio office provided us with the highest level of customer service and professionalism we could ask for when it came to buying our new home. They even went to bat for us when the builder wanted us to provide a credit check with "their " preferred lender.. when you deal with Veterans United they with treat you like your an actual customer and not just another number like the rest of the "so-called " lenders that you would expect to cater to the Veteran community. This made shopping around easier since many places were giving really high premiums due to the proximity of my home to a large body of water. Matt was able to walk me through the insurance quote and explain what things would be covered. Everyone played a role in this process and helped me learn so much along the way. I have heard many horsey stories from others and their home buying experience, but My VU Team has made it painless. I truly appreciated working with every single one of you.
