The Villanueva Team at Movement Mortgage was a huge help for us getting our new house closed and finalized. We had many setbacks, due to a crazy market, the appraisal and the survey, but this team helped us figure out how to resolve it and helped us power through to the end. They never quit on us and help us answer our questions every step of the way, this was one of the most important things to us. We had a hard moveout date of our current house and in the end they helped us close and finalize the purchase of our new home by going into a higher gear to get everything completed even with a tight deadline.
