Mark Martinez was recommended to be our loan officer from our real estate agent. We have given up on our previous loan officer since they didn’t provide us the services that we needed. We only had a few weeks to close on our house after putting over 16 offers and being outbidded. Mark explained the process very clearly to us. He wanted to work with us since he was confident and believed that we would close on our dream home. That really meant a lot to us because we felt defeated and stressed about not getting a house and possibly having to look for a place to rent. We invested a lot of time, money and effort into getting our dream house and we didn’t want to come short. Mark worked very hard with us, explaining documents he needed, educating us on the first-time home buyer process, communicating with us every step of the way. He made us a priority and truly cared about putting us into our home. Mark is very professional and personable.
