Would you like to be pre approved one month then fully approved the next month only to find out days before closing that they made a mistake on their end so you are denied even though you’ve already cancelled your lease and then they forward your mail for you to the address they denied you for weeks after denying you? Literally the worst! They set us up with a real estate agent that would only let us meet her husband and ignored us most of the two months we were looking for a house.

We were 8 days away from closing our home but we switched lender last minute to saved us an enormous amount of $$$ on CC and got offered a lowest interest rate than what the old lender offered. JAMIE and her Team VIOLA did the PHENOMENAL job wrapping us quick and we were still able to CLOSE on TIME! We knew that switching lender the last minute was at high risk and we were at edge of giving up but JAMIE BOOTH didn't give up on us. 8DAYS of taking over and switched docs really blew us away. PS: There was a hiccups when signing online and Jamie was directed to contact us, but for some reason she didn't get the forward notification and was very apologetic.
