Of course I would recommend Veterans United! As the buyer, I can say that time was of the essence. The contract was signed just before Thanksgiving, and the seller wanted to close prior to January 1st. We did not give Veterans United much time to perform its due diligence. However, Veterans United came through and we signed the closing documents early on December 23rd. The To Do List was very helpful, and getting documents signed via the Internet was a game changer. The entire process was very streamlined. Thank you kindly.

Its been a year and I have had an amazing experience with vertans United. They even explained to me about the VA reduction letters I kept getting. The process had been easy for getting the loan and the staff I had worked with we professional and always willing to answer any questions I had. I also love the fact I can go in see my escrow account, add more money, pay more on my loan if I want, and have full control over my account. One year down in my home heres to many more.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Chad. Very disappointed with this place. Called them and submitted all of information. A week later I got this homebuyers box with no idea why I got it. A day later my concierge decided to call and berate me for not knowing what she was talking about because my loan agent took my information and took off on vacation and I haven't heard a word from anyone and he did not push my loan process to another agent. Went with Zillow VA loans, had preapproval and a bid in the next day. I am guessing that I wasn't their type of veteran.

Chad Bowman has a friendly, well-trained staff that operated seamlessly to support every aspect of our VA loan process. They were easy to reach at all times, often anticipating our questions before we asked them, and did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop via both emails and phone calls. It is clear they enjoyed helping get us through what is really a rather complicated process. However, they made it seem so simple!
