My husband and I have been shopping around for a good lender for a while, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Liz with Elite Financing. To begin, she is part of the Homes for Hero Program that gives back some of her profits to a buyer working in certain public sector jobs. It’s a pretty tough time to be in public service and afford housing so any additional support helps, and the amount back is out of her pocket. That pales in comparison however to the attention to detail, compassion, care, and time she invested in us and our loan. She answered our questions, sometimes multiple times as we attempted to digest everything. She was accessible, but best of all…personable. We actually had our loan underwritten with another company, and decided to go with Liz and Elite financing based on how they did business. You get human first, profit second care. We never felt like $$. She’s the kind of person you keep around in your sphere, even after the sale is done. Most genuinely, endorse.

Based on other reviews, I think if I had been able to actually talk to someone about their loan products, I would be giving a different review. BUT that's now how things went down. I reached out to Elite to discuss their construction loans and was told someone would be in touch with me "shortly" to discuss. I waited several weeks for that call and never heard from anyone, so I reached back out to ask if they still wanted my loan business. I was told again that someone would be reaching out to me shortly. 2 weeks later nothing. Super unprofessional and the owner should be embarrassed that this is the way their company is being represented. Word of mouth is a powerful force.
