    I enjoy using the new drive up machines, but it is so comforting to go in a branch office! The tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable! My business was a wonderful experience!

    Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone from this bank. The LOAN officers do not pick up the phone or call you back. I cant imagine what it would be like if I went out of town to buy a car, had ?s/problems. I guess they want us to drive back to town, knock on their door cuz they dont pick up or return calls and drive back to the dealership. Yep... thats real convenient. Had to work w 2 loan officers to get pre approved for an auto loan. This was my 1st time doing this and they made it a very bad experience for me. I'm here to tell you, don't waste your time and go to a different bank.
