Absolutely best part of the new building process with Versatile. I can't not even begin to write in words how amazing this business is. Being self employed and needing a new construction loan, I was turned down by many banks because they just didn't want to do the work that is needed for a self employed person. Not the case with Versatile. Awesome experience! Besides my wife and I achieving our dream of owning a home, I was educated thru the entire process and learned a lot.
