We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Tracey Groins. Tracey was so patient, informative, and had wonderful communication. As a first time home buyer’s she made me feel at ease. She answered any and all my questions regardless of how many times I may have asked. When we were having issues communicating with our title company she was our advocate reaching out to make sure we were getting the information. She made this process that seemed scary so seem less and smooth. I am grateful to have had her as my Loan Officer during this process.

Our home purchase was very unique in nature. Mrs Glenda white helped us through the process every step of the way! There were many hurdles to overcome but in the end we were able to secure our forever home. Very impressed with the team at verity and there tenacity!
