    If I could give this zero stars I would. After years and years of being with Vera bank (CNB) I’ve never been treated more poorly than the branch in Longview. When speaking with the manager, she never greeted me coming into her office and immediately started pointing out that I was wrong in the situation. I tried to explain why I was there and I wanted to deposit an endorsed insurance check. I explained that this was not the first time I have done this transaction but I will do as they ask and get both a stamp and physical endorsement. After I came back to Vera bank a second time, they still would not take the endorsed check because both my wife and I needed to sign again. Keep in mind our signatures are already on the check but they wanted double signatures. Also the check came under my wife and I first and the endorser last, which is how the signatures were on the back. This is one of many problems my wife and I have had with Vera Bank in the past couple of years. Customer service has become horrible and the way they greet they’re long time customers is down right disgusting. If it wasn’t for the Marshall TX branch, we would have took our business else where a long time ago but with this situation we have just experienced, we are definitely considering changing banks and also telling our family and friends we have brought to Vera bank over the years, to go to another bank whom have helped us when Vera Bank won’t.

    Horrible customer service on 5/18/22 @5:30pm dont come here if you need help, they won't answer they'll just walk away.. are the workers supposed to stall you until 6pm on the dot so you have another late fee?

    Used my debit card to make a purchase on Ebay. Number was stolen and used in new York yesterday. Their fraud detection caught it and canceled the card. This is FANTASTIC for me! I live in Longview TX and don't like being ripped off. They saved my hard earned money. Thank you

    The bank employees are super professional and friendly, however, their call center personnel are severely rude and abusive. No one should be treated in such a way when it involves questions about their accounts and money.

    I love banking with CNB. The staff is always very nice and if there is ever a hiccup with my account they make sure they take care of it and I'm fully satisfied.

    Never in town always on the road the lady working 5/18/22 at 5:30 pm was no help at all Had an account with you guys since i was 16 years old. I love everyone here and all the staff! Whoever this worker was does not need to be working around customer service if she doesnt have customer service, are the workers supposed to stall you until 6pm on the dot so you have another late fee?

    Have used VeraBank (citizens national bank) for 20 years. Used them for 2 mortgages, checking, savings and a business checking account. Used to be great, but it seems there’s been turnover in their organization over the last year and they too emphasis off of people skills. The customer service is horrendous.

    Horrible customer service. Ive had issues with my account being charged overdraft fees more then once. First time i called and complained they said it was a glitch second time it was im not sure how that happen. Now this time i had money to cover two transaction i made 2-3 days prior in the bank and my account on my phone and atm showed they was cleared before i had to overdraft my account for an emergency now they are trying to hit me with 3 overdraft fees. I dont mind paying back what i overdraft plus the fee but i will not pay overdraft fees on the other two items that showed clear prior to that. You can scam others but not me. And also the one in White Oak has some of the ruddest snobby people ive ever meet.

    Every single time I go to this location on 4th street nobody listens to anything I ask for. If I ask them to withdraw money from my account they take it out of my wife’s account and if I ask them to take money out of my wife’s account they take it out of mine. It’s never accurate, every other location is great and wonderful except 4th street
