Chase Bank Judson Rd, Longview

ATM at Judson Rd has been out of order for more than two months. There has been no attempt to fix it. Have to pay fee to use other ATM close to me or drive from east side to west side to use the other ATM. This completely unacceptable.

I would give zero stars if I could. This branch goes out of their way to look for ways to turn you away. First they say they will charge a fee for cashing a check over $50 if you don't have an account with them. THEY MENTION THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME EVEN IF IT'S UNDER $50. My friend who I drive there because he doesn't have a current valid drivers license, and cannot afford it was turned away because of this. It was $30 he needed. Valid check. Expired license. What happened to bending harsh, unfair rules to help people? I guess it's just policy to CHASE people away. I wouldn't bank here if they paid me.

ATM always not working during holiday and most weekends. Hours are not available for business accounts.

I have never enjoyed doing business at Chase Bank... The 3 customers in front of me all showed signs of being disappointed with transactions... It took 20 minutes to get a check cashed today...I've cashed the same clients check here for years... Never needed to call client and verify... Disappointed to say the least

Neither Chase Bank branch in Longview answers their phone. We've tried calling like 20 times over the past 3 days and we can't get anyone to pick up. After hours we leave a message and nobody ever calls us back.

Never had a problem till recently, that new check deposite can really be a kicker but other than that great bank

Horrible service, I've been a chase customer for years and went to this location to open account for our son and they turned us away. they have people there but said they didn't have time . It was 2pm in the afternoon. Ridiculous.

No matter who you are don't ask to use the restroom here..even though they have a restroom,no one can use it for "security"purposes..how in the world could I possibly compromise a bank from inside the men's restroom..the worst bank I've ever been inside of.

Took my hound dog with me to the drive through. He was well behaved and didn't cause any fuss. Made my withdrawal and when they sent me my money they included two milk bones for my good boy. 😀 Not only are the employees at the bank nice and helpful, they are also nice to their customers' doggos.

Their always seems to be problems with the ATM. Withdrawals and deposits. This machine will eat your money then pop up as error when making a deposit. Withdrawls always seem to cancel last minute in "error" too. But they sure so withdraw that money out of your account. Save yourself a headache of having to call their customer service and drive to a diffrent location.
